I really loved this hotel and I will definitely return. I came from Ohio and was worried about if I made the right choice because it was important to me especially since I had my 2 daughters with us and was going to be bringing my son to the room to spend time with us since he had graduated from the Naval Boot Camp. The people were very nice and tentative and everything was so clean. Breakfast was good and they had some lemon water that was so refreshing to me. If anyone is having a family member graduating The Naval Boot Camp look into this hotel. It was good pricing too.

This hotel is a gem. Check in was easy, our room was lovely and clean. There was always staff at the desk to greet you. The main area was well used by families visiting. But it was always clean.

Overall the people were great and property was nice. Only issue was a dehumidifier in our room created extra noise at night. It also filled up at 5:30 in the morning and beeped a few time that it was full which of course woke us up. The included breakfast was not good either. Eggs tasted funny and sausage links were cold. My wife and I both threw it away and went elsewhere

The location of this hotel is great! The staff were all friendly. The hotel has definitely seen better days. The bedding was clean, soft, and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean enough, just could really use a refresh. The dining area, again, has seen better days. The pool looked useable, we didn't use it, out it looked adequate. Just also needing a refresh.

Our reason for staying was taking kids to Six Flags, hotel was just down the road & next to a mall. Room was spacious for the 4 of us. Staff was friendly upon entering & let us know of their eco options regarding housekeeping & towel use. I liked not having to worry about housekeeping coming in, or rom tends to look a mess haha Breakfast could have been better but it worked well instead of going out.

The staff was amazing when we checked in and after our little guy mistve had too much excitement for the day and got sick. We felt awful but they were so understanding and even gave him fist bumps to show him it was okay. They were very helpful with food selections close by as well.
The breakfast was great and had a decent selection. The rooms were clean.
The only downfall is the pool. It was not heated and there were only ladders into it, no steps. There was no hot tub at this location. The pool room was very warm at least, so nobody froze getting out!
All in all, we would definitely stay again!

Owner was on site and always watching the parking lot for issues with theft which they have never had. Breakfast was good, everything was spotless. Air conditioner was cold and crisp. Parking was well lit.

It was clean and a great location. The 4 stars instead of 5 for condition are due to some small cosmetic blemishes I noticed. Good price though and right next door to steak n shake, portillos and the mall is great!

Carpets were really dirty. The toilet had dried urine around the base.
Staff was GREAT but they really need to do a better job cleaning the rooms. Hotel needs a major update. Surprised they didn’t have smart TVs.

Pleasant front desk and housekeeping staff. Rooms were clean. Out of the two rooms we rented bathroom tile floor needed reset and grout due to loose tiles.

We stayed here as an overnight for Six Flags. It is right by the mall (walking distance) which is convenient. However, the room was very damp, even with the AC running a lot. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The original sheets and blankets felt damp. The replacements were feeling damp come morning. It's a nice place otherwise so it was unfortunate.

Our room was spotless. Had a slight smell of what I’m assuming was cigarette smoke, but it wasn’t that bad. Staff was always friendly. Always greeted us.
