Great location! Close to everything you need.

Excellent location in downtown SLC, literally next door to a mall, restaurants, bars, cafés, tram. Rooms are large and very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was excellent

Frankly there are better choices for downtown. You have to pay extra for parking, and in 2024 they still charge for wifi? Unbelievable! We went to go to dinner and the elevator down button didn't work. So we took the stairs and when we got to the bottom of the stairs the door was propped open. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

The property was clean and in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Convenient for my convention right across the street, Our group enjoyed our stay.

It was close to the convention center, across the street, and to be able to walk around town to find places to eat.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the room was super clean. Being on the 14th roof you could hear all the commotion on the street, however my biggest gripe with this place is the glass shower rail the glass door slides on is not level so the door constantly slides open unless you keep your foot on the track and keep it from sliding open. RM 1404.

Mother daughter trip to see Hamilton, it was perfect because we were within walking distance of the theater and next to the city center shopping mall which was awesome!

This hotel was clean, our room was comfortable and the people at the front desk were friendly. My family would have fully enjoyed this stay if it weren’t for the extremely loud night clubs right outside our window. Everything else about this stay was seamless and we were looking forward to staying here again on another trip until about 9pm. Unfortunately, we were not told about the night life that would disrupt our sleep until 2am. After the nightclubs closed, we slept quite comfortably. But I do not think I will stay here again. It was so loud that we could feel the bass from our beds.

Refurbished. Good Tub drain slow. Negative

The room was okay but had to have the maintenance come up twice. Once because the lights in the bathroom wouldn’t turn on and once because the tv wouldn’t play correctly. Also the hair dryer was very loud and did not work correctly but luckily someone in my party had brought their own and let me use it.

Great place to stay to attend our business convention at the Salt Palace. That is the best thing. Plus close to City Center! It was great, we loved it. Not perfect, but great!

We stayed at this Marriott for a quick overnight before driving to Jackson Hole. It was clean and in good repair. Check in was quick. The donut wall and lemonade dispenser were a lovely touch.

Good stay

The hotel is in a great place, however the parking fees are very expensive, $26 per day, and the internet is very expensive, although I have registered a membership, the website says it is free, I was still charged $15 per day, the hotel staff said they would take off the charge, but I didn’t receive refund up to now.

Excellent location.

Love this location, but it seems like every time we stay there is construction going on! If not in the hotel, then on the surrounds streets which makes it loud and a little awkward to navigate through.

Great service

My stay was ok. The place is clean and the room is clesn. The shower tub is draining slow that I have to turn the water off in the middle of my shower to wait for the tub to drain. Shower only have half door glass door and splash a lot of water outside and makenthe bathroom floor wet. I don't like wet floor. It is a hazzard and accident waiting to happen if someone slip in floor coming out of shower. We ask someone to fix the non draining tub and a nice guy came right away but after his done the tub still not draining good. We called again and the second guy that came was annoyed cause he said it was already fix but he fix it right. The parking fee of 26 dollars a night is crazy! Should be free parking for guest. Tinny tiny ref and no microwave. We ask for microwave cause we been told to ask if we need one but the front desk said that there's microwave in second floor and we are in eight floor. I drink tea at night for upset stomach but can't cause no microwave. Not coming back again!
