We got what we paid for, wasn’t expecting much, was just a place to stay for 1 night. Breakfast options were limited but there.

The room was filthy, the urine smell in the bathroom was horrible there was dirt and mold on the shower curtain, the air conditioning unit was like having freight train go through the room.

Start with a positive - room was very clean and no hair dryer in the room and attendant found one for me. Mistakenly directed here by friend who thought this was the correct hotel. Check-in ok. Major negative was the smell in the room!! I think that they tried to hide the previous years of smoking with a chemical coverup that was overpowering. Ran the bathroom blower and ac 100%. Think that the room empty a lot and those interventions along with just lots of in and out helped. DO NOT stay if fragrance or allergy sensitive! All carbohydrates for breakfast. No attention to outside as same cigarette butt was on the security swipe for 3 days.

Dirty clothes in bathroom. Food in fridge. Towels covered in stains. No garbage can in room or bathroom. Hair everywhere. Felt like I needed a shower after I showered.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but it needs a serious upgrade. The carpets are old and worn and the walls need a good painting. The windows were dirty and a lot were broken. They could have also made the outside patio a great place for hotel customers to sit-setup some tables and chairs. The price of the hotel doesn’t reflect the price we paid. Would not stay there again. If they were to do a lot upgrades it could be a really nice place to stay.

The bathtub was very dirty and the towel was dirty

Room smelt weird, crumbs all around the room, lots of stains on fixtures, all the towels in the bathroom were dirty or stained except 1 and there was a lot of hairs around in there. The fridge was full of rust, screen on the window was torn off, at least it made getting the luggage in the room easier. Thankfully the beds looked clean and were comfortable.

The room was absolutely abysmal, there was what looked like pieces of dog kibble sitting on the floor by the door, and the back corner of the room was dingy and dirty. The bedding was all stained, as were the chairs, and the bathroom door was nearly impossible to close and it didn't lock. The breakfast was lacking, but it was good. And the beds were very comfortable though. My friend also found a console in one of the drawers that had been there for who knows how long- which take as you will (he was pretty happy about that one getting missed). I wouldn't mind staying here again in the case of another last minute emergency, but definitely wouldn't go out of your way to stay here.

Only 2 of 4 lights in room worked. Cover came half off of air conditioner when I pressed power button. A/c unit was very dirty. They should clean all of them regularly. Refrigerator did not work because it was plugged into an outlet that works on the light switch as you come through the door. And since I didn't know that and I didn't like the bright light in my eyes I kept that light off. But the second or third time I came in through the door and turned that light on the boat blew out. I originally thought the refrigerator didn't work at all until the person at the front desk told me it was probably connected to the light switch and I had to flick that on. The soap had been torn out of its little rapper and was sitting on top of the extra toilet paper sitting on the sink the rapper was on the bathroom sink. So was the bathroom stopper. How anybody missed that when they clean the room I don't know. But when I say here again no I would take my chances somewhere else. My KFC meal was run because of the refrigerator not working. I will add that the the bed and the pillows for all clean. And I did not find any bed bugs. So I guess today that's a big plus.

Booked as we were driving through and needed a place to stay. Rooms were not the cleanest. We can do worn, if they are clean but this was not. We left early as we were passing through. Breakfast was posted to be from 6 am, we ended up leaving at 7 with no breakfast and no staff at breakfast area nor front desk. We could hear an alarm going off but no one came or answered the phone when we called.

Never got to check in after a 30 minute wait along with 8 other guests we left and didn’t even check in

The towels were very very small and felt like sand paper. I asked for a wake up call and they didn't wake me up so i almost missed my appointment. The desk cleek had her family there and assisted them more than the paying customers

I paid 360 for one night at this hotel. The room had dirty sheets, dirty shower curtain, no complimentary soap, and no hair dryer. I would not have stayed if there had been other vacancy in town.

Cheapest doesn’t have to mean the most sketchy but in this case it does.

Property run down. Check in lady did not speak English. Seemed like families were living hotel. Small dog barking continually.

For $265 for 1 night for 2 people I would expect toiletries and towels that don’t feel like sandpaper. Otherwise room was clean.

The hotel was clean, quiet, staff pleasant. Bathroom was small but, efficient. Sink was in the room steps from the bed. Great water pressure and clean. I would stay here again.

"Lady" was super helpful and nice

I stayed with a friend there it was very nice very quiet we had a good time it was a I was with a gentleman we had a good time

We cancelled our reservation after viewing the room. All floors had food throughout, wasn’t vacuummed, sheets were dirty, hadn’t been changed from previous guests, countertops were not wiped down, windows so dirty you could not see through them, smelled terrible and I did not care for their secondary ventilation system in the bathroom, a huge fist sized hole right through the bathroom door. Nothing nicer than having the people you are staying with hear you use the bathroom but you get a free peep show as well. No Thank-you!

Cheap room, nothing special.

Nothing unique about this property, although they just renovated and had new mattresses. there are many hotels in area. Staff was friendly and let us check in a little early. Breakfast included waffles, cereal, bagels and spreads. Coffee, tea and juice.

Staff is kind of rude and pushy

I'm not sure what is with all the bad reviews, it's hard to believe they are talking about the same hotel I stayed in. I've stayed in others nearby at near twice the cost. This place is quite, just as clean and comfy and front desk is great and easy to work with. Pay no mind to bad reviews, they are either looking for things to complain about for refund or bots. Don't let the bad reviews affect your decision, just because it's the cheapest doesn't mean it's any different. For my Fargo trips here in our it will be here. The front desk kindness and willingness to work out deals is so unusual in today's hotels, it was a great stay and quieter than others.

Photos do not show the true appearance or reflect those who either reside or hang out around the hotel. Reminded me of a slum hotel filled with those struggling with addiction. Nothing against them - just definitely NOT safe or a hotel I would ever stay at again.

It looks like the owners are doing some very sloppy updates and the room we had was in process of worse the is good as it gets. The bed squeeked, and was hard. Pillows seemed worn out. No hangers. All these were simple things to fix. I think they're try to fix but still have a long way to go The hallway smelled of cigarettes. That said, it was clean and everything seemed to.
