Location

Mirror hanging off the wall in the bathroom. Stained pillow case and towel. Trash on the table and floor, tissue on table and straw wrapper on floor. Ice bucket was dirty and had hair in it. Ice smelt foul. No sheet for the pull out couch. Expired food being served for breakfast. Hand rail to spa was loose and my disabled mother lost her balance and almost fell.

Excellent customer service, very clean and quite.

the accessibility was good, and the breakfast was very good, plus a nice sized dining room.

Not nearly enough parking and everything is outdated. Didn’t have enough pillows and I had to call twice for sheets and blankets for the hide-a-bed.

The lay out of the room

The cheap tiny doughnuts and muffins for breakfast made me feel as if there wasn't much thought put into it for a nightly rate that falls in the middle I would have thought it would be better quality

the way it looked

the employees yelling down the hall in the middle of the night sucked, the vacant rooms around us doors being slammed all night, not a soul to be found at check out, outdoor path to parking was not safe,nearly slipped several times having to walk AROUND THE BUILDING.

Staff was nice and courteous

Everything was great.

Breakfast was adequate, not exciting. Overall room arrangement and usability was good.

Initial reception was terrible. Made to feel like we were interrupting her life. Room heater died the first night. Repair was made in a timely fashion but not a permanent fix.

The pool and the hot tub?

The smell, it was kind of run down in need of updates and repairs. The lady that checked us in was kind of rude & unfriendly. No towels in pool area.

1/2 of all the sockets in the room were not working. 2 lamps would not turn on
