it was clean and the stay was friendly.

The only negative was at breakfast we got 2 new milk cartons for cereal for my kids, and when I opened them they weee both curdled. it was difficult to eat after that.

The staff was wonderful and the location was good.

The pool was not working and I had 8 grandkids that were very excited about the pool. There were kids running amok in the hallways and the lobby all night. They ran out of everything for breakfast. The beds were terrible.

From the moment we walked in to getting to our room - it was a wonderful stay. The hotel rooms are wonderful

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick. Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast choices were fantastic. We loved our stay.

Location and space of room.

Our floor was super sticky and smelled like very strong pine sole. Breakfast was fair but they ran out of all the food so not much to pick from.

Coffee was cold. Food not good To much money

Wifi worked well, hotel is in a good location, close to everything. Breakfast options are decent and rooms are a good size.

The day we were checking in, I received a message via booking from the hotel asking if we could move from a 2 queen suite to a 1 king/1 sofa bed room as the queen suite was unavailable. I said that would not work for us due to our requirements, and to please let me know if I need to source alternate accommodations. They said it was all good and they were just checking with everybody. When we arrived, they were confused and thought we would be ok with the 1 king room, and after much discussion, gave us a second room to help accommodate our needs. Not ideal, but an ok for 1 night adjustment. However, the room I ended up in was relatively dirty, hairs in the bed, hairs in the shower, clearly not cleaned properly. Due to the very clear lack of communication and the state of the hotel rooms, we will not be staying here again. We have stayed here numerous times, this hotel has clearly gone downhill post COVID.

we traveled with our dog and they were so accommodating.
