Amazing resort very receptive staff Best holiday ever

I booked this hotel for three nights to celebrate my husband birthday. The staff surprised my husband with a birthday cake .Every employee in this hotel is full of smiles, the service is very attentive. The food in the restaurant is also very good. The room I chose is Ocean View Luxury Room. It’s beautiful!
Subsequently I went to Lombok for three nights, staying in The Oberoi Beach Lombok and came back to this hotel again for one night. I was very pleased that the hotel upgraded us to stay in the Ocean View Villa, which surprised me. It’s perfect!

The Oberoi hotel is amazing and one of my favourite stay so far after mutliple trips to Bali. The attention to details and the services is top notch! This would be a perfect place for families and couples to relax. The location is also very convenient. One thing I would suggest is to provide mosquito nets over bed in the bedrooms and also there are also frequent mosquito at the bar/breakfast area at night. The hotel has already done their best effort but maybe this is something that they can look into to make it even more perfect!! thank you Oberoi Bali!

Service and room comfort are top tier. It is also in a prime location for Seminyak (walking distance to cafes, beach bars, malls, etc.).
My one complaint- there is sewage runoff that flows into the ocean near the lobby, which gives off an unpleasant smell. They burn incense in this area to cover it up, but it is quite potent. Luckily, our room wasn’t near this and we were able to enjoy our stay. I do think this is common for Seminyak beach hotels and would still recommend staying here.

Always very pleasant stay in this tranquil hotel, very neat rooms, great food and impecable service. Very friendly staff especially at the pool side where we have spent most of the time, hard working and always welcoming us with a big smile, special thanks to Suradyna and Yoga and the pool team for giving us such an unforgettable time.

An amazing safe haven for our family stay. We had everything we needed, the pool, grounds, bars, super comfy beds and breakfast on the beach it’s all amazing. It does get better, the Staff are world class with their service, remembering our names at breakfast, leaving for a tour or by the pool…We were greeted and pampered to the highest levels every minute without it being over the top.
We cannot wait to return next year.

Unsurpassed - a wonderful intimate resort. The staff were friendly and kind. The inclusions stand the Resort out from other resorts. Each day at the pool we were provided with Easter, sunscreen, hydration spray. We were given treats - fruits, gelato etc every hour from 12 until 4pm then afternoon tea and entrainment. The food at the restaurants was delicious and the views were divine. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. We left feeling like we were part of a family.

The wait staff for breakfast and lunch was the best! They specially made us this hot Indonesian pepper 🌶️ condiment to add to the amazing food and fruit… actually we put it on whole wheat toast and butter as well!!!

The Oberoi property is well maintained and has the charm of old days which may be off putting for some folks but we like the hotels that maintain the service and aesthetics rather than modern built.
Staff is very well trained and polite.
The food is excellent with great Indian selection which helped us as we were travelling with parents and the taste buds were well suited :)
The only downside is the beach area around the property is bit dirty which obviously is not in the hands of the hotel but given the premium property and the number of staff, it would not be a bad idea to do community cleanup for the beach patch around hotel.

Exceptional service! I cannot possibly describe just how lovely the property is as well as the top-notch service we received. Breakfast was delicious. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool and attendants were remarkable. It is truly an oasis in busy Seminyak area yet convenient to walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

Exceptional service with a smile always. Very very Oberoi’s…don’t expect anything lesser from them and they continue to exceed expectations being perceptive and ahead of their guest’s needs. The rooms are a bit dated but extremely well maintained and the service quality more than makes up. The food standard is quite good also. Had an excellent stay.

The Oberoi Bali is a fabulous resort with excellent facilities, food and staff. The only thing I could complain about was the beach was disgusting with plastic pollution in the water making it unsuitable for swimming. The hotel did a good job cleaning up the mess on the sand but something should be done about the plastic entering the water.

Our stay at the Oberoi was just a fabulous experience.
The attention to detail and service provided by all staff was at an elite level. Nothing too much trouble and their smiles and pleasant disposition made a trip to remember. My wife and I have been fortunate to do a lot of travel and this hotel rates with the best of the best.
My only small request would be some attention to internet speed. Televison viewing was difficult at times and teams and zoom meetings became problematic which is frustrating when trying to attend to work matters.
Notwithstanding this minor item this hotel and the staff are among the finest we have encountered. An absolute credit to management
