The hotel is located near a lot of attractions. Great service , updated modern rooms , various restaurants located in the hotel, beds and pillows very comfortable. The only thing I wish was better was the windows weren't clean ( which matters to some who wants pictures of the awesome view ) and the shower could have been cleaner or updated . But overall great stay.

Great location near Mercedes stadium. Room was nice, comfortable, staff was great. Lobby & bar are nice. Parking was convenient (3rd party) $40/day on game day. Enjoyed our stay!

The stay was great but I think it’s time for some updates lights were deem very bad lighting and the valley parking was full I had to park in public parking for $40 and on my way out there was feces in the hall way getting to my car I was very disappointed never had something like this happen

Hotel wasn’t terrible, the breakfast was horrible. $33 for the buffet and it wasn’t the best, very bland nothing to talk about. We ordered the breakfast tacos $12 for 2 street tacos?! What is horrible, there was no meat in them it was just egg and onions, they were bland, only thing that made them editable was the salsa.

Parking was $60, which is extreme and all the electric chargers were broken, and last it didn't have a refrigerator. Bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean with a great view.

We travel to and from ATL all of the time. We have tried multiple different hotels, and finally found our GO-TO! We loved The Westin and will only be staying here when we come back to ATLANTA!

This is my new go-to in Atlanta. Friendly, professional staff. Easy check-in. Nice, quiet rooms, easy to get dark. Good hotel bar. Great location in ATL. So happy to have found this place.

There was no trash can in our room 6320. Also there was no bath step out towel for the floor when geting out of the shower.

It was nice but overpriced…few amenities..tefrig off… empty…an evening snack and glass of wine cost $77.00… two candy bars at gift shop closevto $10.00

Staff were extremely rude. Drove in circles for an hour to try and find parking. Will not visit this place again if it saves my life. I drove home.

Convenient to Olympic Park and college football hall. Easy walk. Police presence is heavy. Close to hooters and hard rock. However...parking was outrageously expensive. Staff were not helpful or friendly beyond those that provided towels. Sundial restaurant bar was closed so it was useless unless u want a dining experience that'll cost you $200 a plate. A used cheese tray was left in our mini fridge at check in and we asked for connecting rooms because there were 6 of us for our stay and never got it despite there being 70 floors to choose from. Overall convenient and the price wasn't too bad for the stay. Gift shop/cafe was nice to have.

I asked for a room near elevator and was placed furthest from the elevator. Once I entered the room, the remote control was not working. Call downstairs and they were sending maintenance up. After over an hour of waiting, I tried to call downstairs several times for at least 30 minutes and no one answered the phone at the front desk, reservation line, customer service, or any other phone line. A waiter was able to find a maintenance person to come up to fix the TV. I am well aware of maintenance issues. However, the lack of customer service and lack of answering the phones was the deciding factor for me not to stay at this particular location any longer.
I had to depart early because the mattress was hard as a rock.

My stay was absolutely amazing. I originally booked 2 nights and had to stay an extra night last minute. They did everything they could to make sure I stayed in the same room. The hospitality and friendless of the staff is like no other.

Property was nice, but the area is not as good because it’s downtown and there’s a lot of homeless people walking around, begging for money, threatening people as far as the property itself, though I was very pleased

Great staff. Room was clean but leftover beer in our closet was missed by the cleaning staff. Check in was easy and the front desk employees are wonderful. Breakfast was delicious!

Images of Hotel were a bit misleading & some of the hotel(s) amenities(POOL) are extremely out to date. GYM WAS VERY PLEASANT though. Especially for the rate($) of stay. However it was an event week therefore U have to take that into consideration.
