The hotel AC was not working in our rooms on the first floor and we had to sleep in thr heat for 3 nights. They eventually brought me a fan to sleep with and they could not move me because they were totally booked. Also, I had three rooms and house keeping neglected to clean our rooms and we had to go and get towels to shower with. The hotel was outdated with spider webs everywhere and the staff was not very helpful with anything... Really bad experience for the amount of money we paid to stay there!

It is a wonderful hotel, nice lobby, spacious room, comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and incredibly friendly. From front desk to bellman, to the cleaning team. A special shout out to the manager of the Evo restaurant (on premisse restaurant) who very kindly accommodated us without a reservation even though the restaurant was having a couple of events (unfortunately I do not remember her name). In terms of location is not the closest to the main attraction but there is a metro station almost in front of the hotel and a Tram station next to it. These makes very easy to get anywhere in the city (eg: it takes 10 minutes to he Duomo). Also, it is less than a 10 minute walking distance to the train station, if you are coming or leaving by train you do not need to be concerned about a transfer. On a plus side, the TV has many channels in English which is very uncommon to find in Europe. All in all, no complaints, I highly recommend this place.

The only thing I did not like was that I booked a King size bed, but got to beds pushed together to create a King Size. 😟 the mattress of one would ALWAYS slip. So the bed situation was very POOR. Aside from that, it was exact.

We stayed at the Westin Palace for 5 nights and we were horrified by the low level of hygiene and cleaninless they have. When we arrived at our room, we found an open intimate gel that they put as complimentary toiletry and I tossed it in the trash can, just to find out that the cleaning service took it out of the trash can and put it as she had replace it with a new one. On the third night we ran out of shower gel and we kindly ask the reception to please send it to our room… We had to wait two days to receive shower gel even though we asked various times. Lastly, one night we ordered some food and drinks to our room, the other morning the cleaning staff left the bottles at the hallway ( i assume for someone at the hotel to pick it up and clean the space), the hallway had the bottles and plates from our room as well other rooms for two nights, and no one cleaned it. This is not a 5 star hotel and definitely should’t be advertised as one. Very dissappinted.

Bonito hotel

Amazing hotel, staff were exceptional especially Johan who checked us in and the young girl who works in the bar, both made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast is also lovely, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Very Close to Milan center and city touristic and fashion spots. Can go by car as The parking lot is a great hotel facility.

Staff is arrogant. I arrived at midnight after 4h drive to Milan. My booking was for the following week, they made me pay for another room and did not refund me. Ended up paying 900 GBP for 6h of sleep. The room are old, the breakfast is overpriced, and the parking is too expensive. First & last trip in this below average hotel. Thanks Westing Milan!

This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. Unfortunately, for us, it rained our whole stay so the rooftop bar wasn’t open. I really wanted to experience that. The bar downstairs, was incredibly beautiful, but unbelievably empty on a Saturday night! I couldn’t for the life of me figure out why. My room was massive! My girlfriend, &. I both showered at the same time in different showers! Which is probably great, if you wait until the last min to get ready in the morning, and are running behind. lol The room also had a Suna, or steam room in it! My room seriously needed to be updated! However, my Tv was huge, & my bed was incredibly soft, & comfortable! The front desk had the kitchen prepare my girlfriend, & I 2 box breakfasts to go! We had breakfast included, but we had to be at the meeting point for our tour to Portofino at 7am the same time breakfast opens at the hotel. Had a great stay at the Westin, just wish my room was updated!

The check in was bad but o resolved

At check in they gave us the wrong room. The booking was for a room with two twin beds. Instead I got a room for one king size bed. I went down to ask to change and there was a long queue at the reception. Only one person doing check-in and at least 10 people on line. I finally get a room with two twin beds but I was downgraded. I got a standard room but paid for a superior room. At that point I was too tired to go back on complain. All this is really unacceptable for a five star hotel.

We just had an issue with the hot water in the shower and the AC/Heater operation that you couldn't decrease from 22C !!!

The thermostat of the air-conditioner in the room don't work, temperature set at 22 degrees but the room was at 17 degrees the whole night. Bedside handheld phone not working, need to use speaker to talk. Lighting with broken light bulb. Room service breakfast provided with empty salt mill, ordered 2 omelettes and only provided 1 set of cutlery.

Good service and helpful staff. Very handy location only a few mins walk to metro station republica. It’s a good location if you want to go duomo and mont napoleon. The breakfast is good. Room is comfy and the bed is very comfortable. The downside that I would say will be the missing shower curtain. It’s irritating trying to use shower but not to wet the toilet fooor

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful at check-in. Property is next to metro station making it very easy to access the city. Restaurants were wonderful. Had an issue with our shower drain - staff dealt with it promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s a beautiful hotel and awesome stuff. The concierge was the best part of our vacation. They help us lot with our luggage’s.

Overall it’s good but not a 5 star, the cleaning staff is a mess but managers and front desk are amazing and try to solve. Location not very good, far from everything A/c was not working for two days but they try to solve everything and are on top of everything

One of the rooms was in bad conditions. Shower was with mold and the door was all Damaged . Not what we expect from a Westin

The area is accessible to the touristic spots. The concierge staff, Ms Sylvia was very friendly and detail in providing advice.

Still a nice Hotel in a great location that needs a little update, especially in the bathrooms (still nice but outdated). Used it many times in the past and I would use it again.
