Great place, clean, good amenities but the staff seems never around and the rooms can be chilly and it's hard to get a blanket. They should bring back self-serve check-in. It was easy and the staff could attend more to guests' nees.

We arrived a couple of hours late for our reservation and the staff took about 30 minutes to check the couple ahead of us in and they needed up getting an occupied room. Our room didn’t have a trash bag in the bin and we stayed two nights and the sheets weren’t changed nor were the rubbish bin emptied

Friendly fast staff, room is ready before the 3pm rule, plenty of free parking and new deign feel not old and moldy. This is my 2nd stay in 30 days.

We stayed 4 nights, and each one the pool either closed earlier than its official closing time, or it was closed all day. So we never got to go in the pool once.

We booked this place since every hotel in the center of Boston were booked or really too expensive and it was perfect! Only a 20 mins drive to go to the center of Boston and really cozy. We ran to the Lexington park which is super close to the hotel so that was definitely a plus for us! Also the place was perfect for the price, would definitely book again.

This place hasn’t been updated in 10 years. It is tired and needs a refresh. Used to have free buffet breakfast. No more. Used to clean the rooms. No more. Now if you don’t request it upon check in, you don’t get it. Raised prices and took away benefits. If there was another place to stay closer to my grandkids I would stay there in a heartbeat. Only good thing is Robin the breakfast lady. She is great, funny and makes everyone feel welcome. Hire more people like it and as a Marriott BONVOY member, I get no benefits from this property. Fix the place up!!’

Door is not aligned, hard to pull/close. Fauset is not secured, shower pressure is too high. Light switch is not functioning well.

My stay at this location was horrible. The room (room 314) we stayed in was infested with ants and I only realized when I wokeup the next morning to find my purse and other items located by the window infested with large ants. I was completely grossed out and literally threw a way my bag and other contents. Also, no response when I called the front desk multiple times. I had to literally go downstairs and wait on a line to have my issues addressed. No working iron and rude staff during breakfast. Definitely not staying here again. Horrible! Horrible! Folks find another hotel!

Nice and quiet.

Very nice, newer, hotel. It shared a parking lot with another hotel, so there was a possibility of a walk.

Hotel was serviceable for a quick trip to suburban Boston; location was key. Door to room did not open smoothly as if it might have been damaged. Room was clean, but towels were ‘tired’. Bed was comfortable.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

I had a pleasant experience. Even though the hotel seems like it is located in the middle of a giant highway cloverleaf, it is heavily wooded and quiet around the hotel. Not recommended for people who like to walk.

We had two full days in the hotel with a broken toilet. Twice the staff tried unsuccessfully to fix it with a plunger. We left for 12 hours and the staff promised it would be fixed when we returned. Nobody ever came to fix the toilet during that time and we came back to a still-broken toilet The hotel was full so they couldn't move us to another room. Upon checkout we were charged the full amount. It took multiple messages and phone calls before anybody finally apologized and gave us a partial refund.

We were here during an excessive heat warning so we had to change rooms once after we arrived because the ac wasn’t working. When we changed rooms there were some issues, it definitely wasn’t as nice of a room as our original room. The shower leaked all over the floor and the shower head needs to be cleaned/replaced. But I really loved this hotel. Super cute, great customer service, and in a great location. Close enough to make travel to downtown Boston easy but also had some amazing, historic trails surrounding the hotel. Highly recommend.

We finally were able to settle after changing rooms twice. The person at check in was not very welcoming, we were put on a first floor room that was not comfortable, you could see people walking by right next to you. Thankfully were changed to another, but it had an A/C and safe that did not work; the safe was fixed but it took us a couple of hours and a visit from maintenance to do the same thing I did until the new person at front desk was able to verify himself that the A/C could not be fixed. The third room had a working A/C but the safe could not be used and the worst part was we found food left in the fridge and a dirty carpet (to name a few). This was all notified to front desk and I was promised that in the morning he would talk to his assistant manager to find a way to compensate us for all this. We saw him again the following night and it was as if nothing happened nor will happen, I just decided to forget about it because we were leaving at midnight for an early flight on Monday and despite all this he was really nice. The facilities are barely what you expect from a Marriott hotel, the interior design and concept are really cool but the rooms are not functional/practical (you have the fridge under the sink and the coffee maker next to the bathroom door, for example). They need to work on management and service, this hotel is not meeting the Marriott standards, I've stayed at W, Renaissance, Four Points and Residence Inn and they have been on the same quality level

Average, nothing write home about.

There is a leak at sink faucet, and it obviously had been there for some time since the water continuously ran over the counter and onto the sliding door and then on the floor separating the sink area from the toilet/shower area. The water caused the bottom of sliding door to swell preventing easy movement. Reported first day there and still had not been repaired upon my departure. (Arrived 26 May, departed 28 May). Staff was courteous and accommodating.

Very nice stay despite the property needing a little refreshing…especially the bathroom. But overall nice.

We took the T into Boston for a show and didn’t want to drive all the way back home after. This location is perfect if you’re traveling by train to Boston… a hop, skip and jump from the Alewife station. Comfortable and quiet, breakfast option included and easy highway access got us back on our way home.

Stayed two days and enjoyed it
