Good experience. out room needed a few thigs hook behind bathroom door missing ,coffee pot plastic filter did not fit the coffee pot, small hole on wall from back of door handle. other wise is was good ,exit door locked. Pet area was good and clean !! would recommend. Beautiful indoor pool great for kids..

Dirty bathroom grout was filthy faucet was green where water came out the room was not vacuumed and had a bad smell to that burned our sinuses

The room was not the one shown in online images. There was no jetted tub. Water dripped all night and there were valves and things opening and closing. The ice machine on our floor was also broken. The driveway and parking lot were awful.

Quiet, fairly clean. Staff was slow, but friendly. It took a very long time to check in. Hot tub was under renovations and has been for over a year.

The whole hotel smelled like super strong perfume (to the point it gives you an headache) and the room smelled like mold. Will NOT be staying here again

The only thing good about this hotel was the waterpark. We wouldn't stay here again. For the price of the hotel we were disappointed with the rooms. There was parts of the wall missing, the heater had partly fallen off the wall, the beds were creaky and uncomfortable, but the worst part was the AC wasn't working. It kept kicking off and making a terrible noise. We ended up switching rooms around midnight (and we have a 6 year old who had already fallen asleep). The new room was quieter (being upstairs) but the AC still didn't work properly. From what we heard at the front desk, this was a common issue. Both at night when we switched and in the morning at check out, there were other customers complaining about issues. The breakfast was good, and the staff working the dining area was top notch. But we wouldn't recommend this hotel, even though the pool and the waterpark are great - because at the end of the day, your kid might be happy but the parents can't get a good night's sleep.

I walked into my room and right out. Didn’t end up staying bc I didn’t want to touch anything. Entire building smells like air fresheners, even from the outside. It’s just being pumped in and it’s overwhelming. My room smelled like urine and was absolutely grotesque.

The hotel in general was very dirty and dank.

Old,dirty,live bugs (3) found in the bed. Towels old stained and frayed cheap soap/shampoo in bath crumbling parking lot. Go else where

Overall the property could use some updates. I have stayed at the hotel many times in the past 20 years and this year was definately the most run down it has been. Hot tub was closed and the pool area was kind of just “gross”. Staff was also not very friendly.

The hotel was clean, but our room smelled like cigarette smoke and musty water. The beds were so old and worn out that I could feel every spring while laying on it.

Pool was excellent. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

The water park and breakfast was wonderful.

Property was dirty. Not enough people working there. The one guy at the front desk always had a line of people, never saw anyone else there. Also the key cards stopped working several times and we’d have to go back to the front desk and wait in line multiple times to get it fixed. Kids enjoyed the pool though.

Staff did not speak and understand English. Gave keys to my room to other people. Other people in my room while I was out.

Pool area is not what the pictures on the website show. There are no lily pads in the pool which was one of the reasons we picked this hotel was for the deep water pool area for the kids to play in. It's just a plain swimming pool. And the slide is in the little kids portion which is a wading pool only a few inches deep. The floor of this pool was very slippery so when you come out of the slide you almost hit one of the water fountains. We went to the pool twice and had to go out to the front desk and ask for towels there was never any towels in there. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Overall the hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable. Booked through Expedia and when we checked out our hotel receipt was $33 less than what Expedia charged us not sure why we paid more then what the hotel charges. Would stay again but would book directly through the hotel.

The water was cold one morning. The element was burnt out. We were told we would get a rebate but I don't know how because we booked with Expedia. The girl at the front desk didn't show up in the morning so the one girl was alone trying to make food clean/clear tables and be at the front. I don't feel the staff should have to be treated this way.

There was no hot water at this property. We learned that the manager was aware of it, but did not tell us the situation. When I told him that there was no hot water, his answer was to let the water run for 15 minutes, it would be hit. This is total a lie and wasted a lot of water.

Booked 2 suites back in March and got to the hotel and told the rooms were not available that they had been given to someone else. Was given a $12 discount for the 2 nights for a smaller room. The hot tub wasn't working. The pros was the pool and breakfast.
