Great location, very clean, priced right, lots of amenities

Wonderful hotel conveniently located.

They didn’t have a room available even though I had a reservation!! They never refund my money!! I lost 200 dollars!! Hotels.com has done anything to fix this issue!! Never going to be using this company again.

After checking in our room had to be moved onto another floor due to them ripping up the carpets. The hotel gave us free parking and free breakfast for the mix up. Would stay here again, only down fall is you have to pay for parking. Room was very clean, and housekeeping was great.

Stayed two nights after visiting DisneyWorld with my granddaughter- she loved the pool and rated it higher than other hotels we stayed at.

The check in process was super quick and the staff was friendly. Upon entering our room there was a deodorant by the coffee machine, a shirt on the back of the bathroom door and a shirt sticker stuck to the top of the toilet tank. I called the front desk and they got us another room and someone quickly brought us the keys but it was not great for our confidence in their cleaning practices. The check out process was also simple and they waived my fee for parking like I asked for our troubles. It was not offered but they did apologize.

Located very convenient for all of the attractions. Hotel was in pretty good condition. Suites are not quite suites. We'd stay here again.

The Property is close to Disney Park. The Pool is a little bit dirty with stones and other dirt in the water. There are limited staff and therefore the wait are longer.

Very upset that my bathroom was dirty and had blood in toilet. They did come and clean it when I called but still made me feel sick

Very convenient for me and my family to get to our destination on vacation. Very hard to speak with housekeeping but did get the things I needed.

Not too spacious for a group of 3 and their luggage. The maid would take out our towels even though we'd hang them up, so we'd have to go to the front desk and ask for towels and washcloths for the majority of the nights we stayed. Other guests left their trash outside in the halls.

Staff is extremely nice. For the most part are room was clean. Our tv was broken which they quickly replaced. We had 2 roaches and a mini lizard in our room. We managed the roaches but we called matienced to remove the lizard. He did quickly and was awesome.One of the ac's in the suite stopped working. Lucikly it was our last night and were sick of calling matienence. We had to have a bulb replaced along with remote control batteries. The quiet pool was cloudy and full of hair. Transportation hours to the park are inconvenient. I spent so much money on Lyfts because I was not waking up at the crack of dawn for freeTransportation on vacation. Starbucks closes at 10am which was unfortunate. I wanted this hotel because it had a starbucks. I got to order once. When on vacation i like to sleep in and would miss them everyday. I got charged a $200 incidental fee yet so much was wrong all the time. I will say the staff was quick and prompt to handle our concerns. For my trouble i was offered a free bottle of water by the staff. Seems like an even trade for killing my own roaches.

Ac wasn’t working properly, other than that it was really good

My family of 4 stayed here for a quick Disney trip. The hotel amenities were amazing! My kids (1 and 3) played at the splash pad for hours! The rooms were big and very clean. I would recommend this place and stay here again!

Overall this property didn’t live up to our typical courtyard by Marriott experiences. The room we stayed in felt very “worn out”. The hideaway couch was very worn and stain both in the couch and on the mattress which grossed my teenagers out so we had to make less than ideal arrangements for sleeping. The bedroom with two queens was such a tight fit the beds were only accessible from the middle. Only line sleeping on the side against the wall had to climb over the bed to get in and out. The shower faucets were loose and sometimes took several attempts to get them to turn on with the flexible shower head never working at all. This property felt like it was less customer focussed and more about the hotel bottom line with the extra fees and charges. Positives: location-close to all the fun of Disney and shopping. Shuttles were reliable and on time. The pool area was a blast and well maintained. If we needed to, we would stay here again without cringing but we likely will try somewhere else next time we are in Orlando.
