Room Clean and spacious

We had a whole suite: queen bed, LR area with kitchenette & pull out couch, for just over $100 for one night over Labor Day Weekend. PROS: air conditioning/heat/hot water are plentiful; rooms were spacious; staff was super friendly; plenty of parking; free breakfast included; handicapped friendly accommodations available NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: the rooms had been cleaned, but in corners there were a couple of dead bugs, like beetles or something from “the wild” outside; the bed made was creaky; we had reserved a king but had to settle for a queen because the king room didn’t have a working tv; I believe we had suite 107, which we didn’t realize until the next morning that the lower 100 suites on the other side of the building were were somewhat above our room, so before 8am we were awakened by the sound of chairs being moved and vacuums being run; continental breakfast is good for grab and go, but if you want to sit and have a meal, a few more options would help, such as a warming tray of bacon or sausage. All in all it was convenient for where we needed to be (White Haven) and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Our stay at the hotel served its purpose - somewhere to stay for a night. While the room and bathroom were clean, the furniture was dated and worn. Both rooms showed evidence of water damage on the walls and/or ceiling (bubbling paint, wallpaper peeling). Based on the air gap around the door, it might be rather chilly in the room during the winter. The breakfast room was clean and the food, while basic fare, was satisfying.

Convenient location, the suite room was a fantastic size with a living room/kitchenette and a very large separate bedroom with king bed and great size bathroom, good breakfast included, all for a very reasonable price, we were very pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews when booking the reservation, ended up being a good choice, it's not the Marriott but it was quite nice for the price, we were pleased

Staff frequently not available at front desk (especially Sunday morning 10-11 during prime checkout time). No room service weekends for guests spending more than one night (according to desk staff). TV's require rebooting every time and changing channels is royal pain without ability to directly select (eg. 75.4 what the he!! is the .4 all about?!)

Excellent value at a very affordable price. It is a good distance from the interstates but worth a few minute drive to save quite a bit of money.

The door to our room was open when we initially got there it wasn’t latched. I spilled water cleaned it up and the towel was almost black. The floors were gross. The bed had burn spots even though the room is non smoking. Th bed was not comfortable either.

My stay at this hotel was good, quiet areas nice view, friendly staff, close to restaurants and a 30 minutes drive to trail.

Check in was very easy. Gentleman at the front desk was very kind and answered all my questions. I had called a few days prior with a question and the manager was wonderful. The room was much larger than I expected. Everything was clean. The only complaint, and it's not even a complaint, is that the bathtub lining in my room was chipped. But it isn't that big of a deal to me. Check out was easy. I'd definitely stay there again.

The hotel was pet friendly, with a nice area around the hotel where they could walk. Some of the nearby properties are not in good repair. This is not Red Roof Inn's responsibility.

Walked into the room it smelled like mildew. The bathroom was horrible. Tub looked like it was through a battle. Chipping paint. Slippery floors. The furniture was falling apart. Especially the desk. Bugs in the bathroom and the rug looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. Oh and the refrigerator…. The rails for the inside of the fridge were laying on the floor. I definitely will not be staying here ever again and I might do my best to have it shut down. !!!! Absolutely disgusting

A bit rundown

Very clean rooms and area, bed was pillow top and sheets etc were plush, new carpet in our building, breakfast was good with fruit and cereal, waffels, juices, muffins

Broken window covered with cardboard, door had large gaps for bugs. Cigarette butts all over the parking lot. I left without starting the night. Was afraid something would be stolen.

The lady gave attitude for no reason at the desk and the rooms constantly had a smell of cigarettes.

Their Wi-Fi is strong..the house attendants r friendly..front desk does it all to give you a great stay

Room smelled odd, had ants and other bugs. Light fixture and bathtub were both rusty. Did not stay.

Great staff, Sony the Manager is the best.

The price was low.

It was just okay nothing overly good or bad. Other hotels were booked in the area this was a place to sleep. Paid too much because of high demand in area.

This place was no where near the price we paid for the room. We were given a non smoking room that reeked of smoke. It was by far the worst smelling room ive ever experienced. The curtains in the room were hanging on by a few clips and were badly stained. The lamp light by the beds had a dead bulb. There was a hole in the drywall about the size of a beer can above one of the beds. I called the front desk to let them know but they were already aware.The furniture paint was all peeling off. The bathroom vent didnt work and the shower was absolutely disgusting. If i could give negative stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and choose any other place to stay.

Everybody was real helpful. It was a quiet surroundings and the continental breakfast.It was amazing
