There's no enforcement of any kind for quiet time at night. Couple next door partied and karaoke until 4am so we got no rest. The fridge had no adjustment and all our paid for food froze, not happy.

I got charged to stay there . And I never got a room ! The staff told me that my card did not go through and that I had to call booking.com ! I had the proof that it was paid ! And the staff wanted nothing to do with my proof. I was on hold with booking.com for a very long time . It was late and I needed rest . So I left the hotel to go sleep in the parking lot at the turnpike rest area ! I was on my motorcycle! Concrete is very hard !! I never had to deal with this ever ! I am deleting this app! I am done ! I want my money back !! And I want it back ASAP!

The walls were dirty and there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. The room appeared clean, but the bathroom was deplorable. They need to paint the bathroom and fill in all holes. The fridge which I did not use did not close all the way. The walls were dirty in general as well as the back of the door.

Everything. We wear put from room to room to room. Waited in hot sun for 1 hours before we got a room. Bed sunck in middle. Lights didn’t work. One room smelled like human piss. Never again staff rude and don’t care about there Clint’s

The light connected to the wall switch by the door didn't come on. The
