I liked how it's close to public transport, beach, shops and restaurants. The staff was lovely and very helpful. I would suggest a little more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning vents. Otherwise its clean!!!

Hotel exceeded my expectations was spotless the staff was amazing and most importantly a comfortable bed. The room was spacious and clean. Walking distance to everything. “Gold Coast” Location is amazing with stunning views of Surfers Paradise. There is a restaurant onsite but didn’t eat so I can’t rate the food.

This property was on the more affordable side for Gold Coast. The room was spacious and there was a nice ocean view. However, the property is dated, there was obvious mould in the bathroom, damage around the priperty, power plugs worked intermittently and a lot of internal construction. Would have been better paying a little more money for a much better property.

Ceilings on dining area water marked and unsitely. Not enough food on second day and extra only brought out once conference resumed. Food intolerance options very thin and not much choice. Your property is old and needs maintenance. Get it sorted.

This hotel is tied and dirty, I spent a lot of money $400 per night and was very disappointed

We enjoyed our 3 days 2 nights at Mantra on View. The reception who greeted us was so friendly and nice. The room service was good and our room was kept tidy. I was able to relax and just walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants. My favourite part of our stay is the Urban Skincare Co. Products provided in the bathroom.

It’s in a very good location and good facilities and cafe/restaurant and I like the Foxtel.

The hotel was clean and presentable for the price.

Poor customer service in receptionist and security as i did call in day time informed wil arrive late,someone answered said shouldnt be a problem,called nd security officer was sitting right infront sleeping i knocked and she pointed to phone,called it took a while someone to answer phone Room floor was dirty bath roon tiles dirty. I came to relax,as too much noise and false advertising spa doesnt work got just cold water Wouldn't recommend anyone to this hotel.as there are other places stayed before there got better facilities and cheap Just a wasted trip for my birthday

This hotel is brilliantly located for the beach and nearby Surfers Paradise esplanade. Easily walkable with comfy begs and a nice shower.

Excellent prime location as the property is close to everything, staff were very helpful & friendly. The cleanliness wasn’t that good, we had mould in our bathroom, the carpet was very dirty and the aircon vents were dusty and required cleaning (felt like we were breathing in air of dust). The property looked very old & a little run down, it would do wonders with room renovations. The outdoor spas were turned off and had cold water which is sad for winter as we were excited about having a hot spa at night.

A nice hotel but it is right above Cali Bar which means very loud non-stop music from 11 in the morning all the way until midnight. Nothing can be done about it so just be prepared not to able to sleep early in the hotel.

Appreciated the view from 18th floor, the key card technology, the fast lifts, the water station, gym, & beautiful reception area. My overall rating for the hotel is 4.5/5!

My room was cleaned and changed of clean towels everyday. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prompt response to room services.

Definitely on my avoid list, the checking in took so long, our balcony had this windows cleaning lift which never moved for the days we stayed on. Not sure if it was just there, so that was our view for 2 days, Then at night the front place has party going on with loud music till 1am, like really loud music. Couldn’t even sleep. To top of it off we had some weird alarm went off at 2am, woke us up, no explanation given, got the hell out of there as fast as I could get my family out of there. Will never come here

Matra on View was a hotel that exceed my expectations in every way. The milion dollar view from the balcony from 22nd floor was an absolute treat. Facility feels a bit old and could do better with a bit of reno works. Other wise a pleasant stay and amazing location.

After being a previous Accor member I chose to book an Accor hotel. Being situated next to a nightclub after 2 nights of minimal sleep I attended reception to cancel out 3rd night. I was told that they would refund our third night only to be informed through Expedia the request was denied. One of the reasons we booked the hotel was for the spa facilities which were not working and management didn’t seem to take any responsibility for the fact they weren’t Upon checking in bought to management attention there was no doona facilities in the room in the middle of winter - only to be told that there simply isn’t any and blankets are all that is provided Would never stay in this facility again and would encourage other travellers to never use this facility. Absolutely disgusted with this hotel

our room was pleasant but the bathrooms ceiling above the vanity was all over black mould the bathtub had a patched up hole in it the vent was filthy and the floor especially near the door had a build up of dirt; there was a spill mark or stain on the floor that had been missed ; Is it because i booked with wotiff i got a second rate room if that's the case I will not book with them again,

Check in was delayed by 50 minutes. Reception staff were excellent and should not be put in the position of needing to apologise. Check in says 2pm and we had plans around the integrity of the hotel providing that. There's a very noisy club on the south side so if you are looking for a quiet experience, ask for a room on the north side of the hotel.
