I've stayed there as it's one of only three properties in or near Fallbrook. Ownership decidedly doesn't care what about the comfort of their guests. The demographics of the ownership of the 3-properties is typical of medium price lodgings and that's terrible. Reminds me of the lodgings in deep Apalachian.

There was urine on the toilet upon check in and the air conditioning did not work

Simple roadside motel if you need a place to stay for a night or more. Nothing fancy. Good value for the cost. Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Bathtub impossible to turn off completely (it's not just me it was dripping when I first checked in). Everything in the bathroom: toilet, showerhead is for people 5'4 and shorter. TV remote only works if you stand in front of the TV

I didn't like the beds - they were very uncomfortable.

This property looks nothing like the photos, I understand it’s not in the best area. But wow they really should not allow a place like that to be open. It is infested with bugs, it smells horrible we got a smoking free room & it smells like someone was chain smoking for years in there! The doors look like someone took a axe to it.Or if someone was held prisoner in there. It’s definitely a scene from a horror movie. The bathtub felt like it was caving in, they put a makeshift mat over the damaged tub, they painted the stains on the bathtub with white paint and the microwave is not plugged in the wall! The bed was pretty filthy! We laid on top of blankets we brought on top of there mattress and the mattress felt like a very old box spring super uncomfortable, bugs crawling out from the sink! Find something else!

It was very disappointing plus invested with flying roaches i demand my money back! They said it was not their problem if we had flying roaches. I wish i had taken a picture of that big bugs but i just wanted to get out of there. I would never recommend that place to not even my enemy

Info, states it's 12 miles from Pala. And it's at least 21 min drive. Over all just an ok Hotel.

Place is old, beds are super noisy, bathroom looked like it was ready to fall down, door handle was barely holding on.

The place was seriously run down and had lots of transients. Drug deals right out side my room. Someone kept knocking on our door throughout the night and day. Its like they were checking if we were in the room or not. I ask the manager to ask them to leave since it was 5 am and people are trying to sleep and he refused to open the door and told me to call the police. He stated he would not come outside. He was locked in the office. The room stunk, the bed and floors were dirty. Killed numerous little roaches and lots of pincher bugs and spiders. Only one outlet worked. This is a very scary and repulsive place to stay. The worst part is there was nowhere else to go. As soon as i get home i showering in bleach.

I like that the area was safe and quiet, guests that stayed at the Inn were quiet, no issues.

Manager tried to make me pay deposit twice once in cash after I’d already made a deposit with my card. They were harrassing and rude. Homeless people living in their vans in the parking lot, openly using drugs!

I have stayed here a few times. All the times have been good. Employees all very friendly.

Great Cutomer service

The first room they gave us the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. There was blood on the side of the toilet seat and the room had an indescribable smell. The second room we were given had no hot water

Staff is nice. Conveniently located next to the main thorough fare, but that means traffic noise. Newly painted, but over old and broken wood trim, doors, and walls. Squeaky floors. Good hot water but loose plumbing fixture handles and missing drain plugs. Shower head just the right height for somebody 5’-4” tall. Linen clean, but thread bare. Clean everywhere, except behind the furniture. WiFi connects but Internet doesn’t work. Hey, you get what you pay for and nothing more.

The staff was friendly and helpful unfortunately the hotel is so run down and tore up that it out weighs the staff.

Got the wrong date and tried to switch it to another day, was declined and told I won’t get another room or refund.

The reservation was denied by the front desk at check in. They said our name wasn’t on the reservation. When the rep from Expedia called the property shortly after, they didn’t pick up the phone. Customer service is nonexistent. I don’t recommend staying at this property.

The room was big and spacious. It was a nice place to relax and recharge. I liked being able to walk to places to eat and the grocery store. The person at the front desk was kind and answered all my questions. Thank you!

It said it had a jacuzzi but it wasn't working and that was one of the items I was looking for.

Was a quick and easy place to stay.

This place was nicer than expected because I set my expectations so low based on other's reviews. The sound insulation made it so we could hear our neighbors pretty clearly, especially late at night. My fiancé noticed a small squiggly hair on his towel, but mine seemed clean. There are significant damages to the place when we arrived so we took pictures to ensure that we get our $100 damage deposit back. The bed was decently firm, but better than a saggy, old bed! The coffee was one of the worst and wateriest we've ever had lol. Other than these complaints, the stay was better than expected. If you're looking for a budget friendly place and not expecting much bells and whistles, then this is the place for you!
