Not even a bottle of water provided in the room and yet $35 charged as a use it or lose it which is impossible to use if you check n after 9pm, as the food and bar close so early. Miserable staff in the breakfast area.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and great ementities. Staff was very friendly. Room service was prompt. One minor thing, the hallways and common areas can use a little sprucing up. The dining area is beautiful.

Terrible don’t even think about staying there. Have no idea where to start. So we book a king size room upon check in they claim they ran out of king size room but would upgrade us to double beds that has a patio. What a joke as total disaster. Once over the fact room sucks we went to sleep to wake up to another major ordeal where the whole bathroom ended up being swamped with 4” of water due to broken pipe or whatever it was. Obviously by this time we were leaving so even if they changed our room it would have been useless. Try taking shower and walking out bath in disgusting water. Rooms totally outdated with hazardous electrical outlets right next to bed. You can’t even turn off lights by bedside and have to navigate in total darkness before getting into bed. Stay as far away from this hotel as you can. whoever is the hotels GM they need to go back to hotel management school

Great location, room was amazing, bed was comfortable. Would definitely consider booking here again if I’m in LA

This hotel is no where near 5 stars, biggest deceiving ratings , our shower ceiling was leaking cold water while the shower is on, there are no cameras in the hall ways, well well well overpriced. The reception “thanked me for the information given about the leaking shower to advise their repair team can look after it after we leave.

The property itself was nice and clean. But I must say it the concept and art looks out of fashion. And the elevators deco it’s just not okay. Everything else was nice.
