This hotel is showing its age. The bathroom floor also had not been cleaned sufficiently, to the point of me covering the floors in towels. The rest of the room was clean but dated. Staff at restaurant and check in were very cold and sterile. I probably won't be staying there again.

Very friendly staff. In addition our room had a view of the planes landing over the bay. There is no room service but I recommend the hamburgers at the cafe. Excellent!!!

This hotel is old and needs to be refurbished.

Ocean view room was more parking and freeway view and breakfast i had issues with in that tables were so close together you were actually sitting and listening to couples on your left and right. Plus @ $31 each breakfast buffet was more like a “ nice version” of a travel lodge, not a buffet commensurate with price. Food was good. I realize it’s SF but still not the best experience.

Our stay was very disappointing. Our original room had a really bad issue with air coming through the window that caused an insanely loud whistle. We changed rooms but then had to deal with a very loud generator outside the new room.

Medicore at best...boaderline embarrasing. Pubic hair in the bathroom. Toilet didnt flush well...wind ripped through the room all night like we were in a farmhouse without the nostalgia. It looked like nothing had been updated since 1980. Stains all over the chair. At least it was quiet...because no one wants to stay in a run down hotel!

The help from your desk manager to book my flight home which had been cancelled, was excellent. I couldn’t have done it without him.
My only problem was the shower. The water was only luke warm for several minutes— dials hard to understand. When I finally gave up and got out of the shower, the handle was stuck and wouldn’t turn off. I called the desk and was promised a repair man but no one came for 2 hours// while the water ran. I called again and got help to unstick the handle after 10 pm. I had to get up at 3:30 to catch the 4 am shuttle and was told the hotel fee would be adjusted but the front desk person was not able to check it for me.
The hotel staff was courteous and helpful except for the shower incident. Please let me know about the adjusted fee.

This is usually my preferred hotel when flying in and out of SFO. Normally everything works smoothly but this time the shuttle service was horrible. Everyone waiting for the shuttle waiting well over an hour. I tried calling the hotel several times but nobody answered the phone and i let it ring for 30 times each time. When I finally spotted the shuttle it stopped at the wrong pickup spot which is clearly marked as the hotel shuttle bus stop. After waiting an hour and a half in the freezing cold I had to make my own way to the hotel and it wasn’t cheap. The excuse was that it was the drivers first day. That’s no excuse. Obviously they need better employee training. Next time I will choose one of the hotels that picked up people at the stop every 10 - 15 minutes.

I got stuck here from my flight due to weather and I wanted a safe place to stay. The hotel was close to airport and being by myself I felt really safe here. Room service was fast.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were professional and friendly. My wife and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. If I were to pick one thing to suggest... not all staff members were friendly and welcoming. One female staff member at the front desk didn't seem like she was enjoying working at the hotel. I did not feel welcomed. Other than that, everything was great. Thanks.

The morning we got up to leave the air conditioner leaked all night and some of my kids bags that were near it were shaking wet. When i arrived i believe i had paid for bay view because i picked more expensive room and nope. The manager was rude about it and not accommodating the conditioner in shower was completely empty when we arrived and i didn't notice i was already in shower
And my kids found a nasty hair tye next to the bed that wasn't ours so shows how much there clean there rooms
