First of all, I booked this room about 1 month before the event through booking.com. My card was charged 3 days before arrival but that fine. The problem was when I got there the manger informs me that they have no rooms…🤦🏽‍♂️… I try to explain “how in the world did this happen if room was paid for already and booked 1 month before”? Manager kept saying he was sorry but obviously that isn’t going to make me feel better especially with a family of 5. They somehow found a room for me but they double charged my card🤦🏽‍♂️… I explained that room had been paid for already, showing them the “paid room” on the booking.com app but they didn’t care.. so now I’m in the process of contacting my card company and fixing this issue.. Finally, they have a hotel policy that they do not clean rooms unless you stay 4 or more days😂… Overall, worst experience with this hotel.

everything was good from breakfast to parking to staff it was very great here

loved the pool, happy hour, and breakfast. The room also was very spacious and very clean

smelly room. gave us a room with an occupant already there. given another which smelled .

The people next door were so loud kept slamming the door very loud talking I could even sleep I checked out early I would like a refund not fair i paid for a night I couldn’t even sleep I complained and nothing happen the shower was broken and I asked to be moved they said they were sold out I will never stay there again
