Overall stay wasn’t bad, bed was comfortable room decent size but could use an upgrade, sink clogged . I don’t know why they advertised breakfast when it was only juice coffee and mini bagels

The entire hotel needs an update. The sheets were dirty and the towels had stains on them. The carpet was peeling up in the hallway. No elevator????

This was a good, no frills hotel to stay for the cost. It is nothing special, the breakfast was quite minimal but the property was clean. Don't expect anything special and you should be fine. Good location for access to highways and late night food options.

Was a brief overnight. The attendant wasn’t familiar with anything around the surrounding area.
The room was also very musty.

Not much to like. Room had a strange odorus smell, not terrible but not great. Window screen was broken, could not open because of the cracked screen. Room door was slightly warped, did not seal properly, light and noise. Back of the building entrance (electronic key) did not always work. Someone kept placing a rock to keep it open. That's not secure. Not sure if housekeeping was included for each day but they did not show up every day of my five day stay.

Rooms are dirty & they double charged me the 200 dollar security deposit for no reason. Staff if super shady do not recommend in fact avoid

The only person that was nice was Cassandra at the front desk. I told them that the toilet was clogged and they give me a plunger and had me unclogged their toilet. Like Never, going there AGAIN!!!!

For some reason, the humidity in the room was extremely high. It was not humid outside. While the room was clean, there was an odd smell.

It is supposed that the all rooms are non-smoking rooms, our assigned room (139) strong smelled to cigarette, we were in the front desk to request a room change, and the representative said that does not have another room for us.
We stayed in this room during three days and no one reached out to us to at least try to solve the issue or give us an alternative.
The breakfast was terrible, poor variety on the breakfast, the first day orange juice gone and never was refilled.
It was a bad experience.

The hotel was filthy and smelled like cat pee! There is mold on the walls and carpet in the hallways. The window in my room was unlocked (first floor), and the screen looked as though someone had broken in. The room said no smoking, but smelled like someone had been living in there smoking every day!

I'm a single female traveling and I felt perfectly safe at this hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was nice. The coffee was terrible. Breakfast is a simple breakfast. No hot items.

I was surprised and dismayed that i had to carry a heavy suitcase up to flights of stairs.

The night clerk on wednesday the 8th was very rude. The woman during the day was excellent!

The bed was comfortable, however the tub/shower had no flat surfaces so you had to juggle bottles and soap and such. There were two small towels for three of us, decaf only in a crummy little coffee maker, breakfast was a joke. Dry muffins and “juice” and tiny yogurts. Don’t advertise this as breakfast. It’s not.
Front desk staff was great, working with what they’d been given, but this place needs a full overhaul by the owner.

The woman who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and easy. The evening was very quiet. The facility could use updates, the room wasn’t super clean.

The bedding was damp. Also there was a smell that wasn’t pleasant in the halls and room. Everything was clean though. Also the breakfast was as basic as it gets.
