The bed felt “cheap” with just the frame, and every time you moved, it squeaked. I know aesthetically they look nice, but uncomfortable and noisy. Our toilet did run a lot, has to fix the tank multiple times to get it to stop running, just like home! 😃 The hotel was very clean, hotel staff very nice.

The staff was very accommodating. Michael was extremely helpful in placing me in a room to my liking.

Telephone was very dirty. I noticed a cockroach skittering down the front of the TV credenza and into the cabinet housing the microwave...probably won't be staying at this hotel in the future...

$15 for parking is a joke, you get free parking almost anywhere else. Lost a lot of money just because the wifi didn’t work for our entire stay. Talked about it with front desk and guess what? “There’s nothing we can do”. i always stay at Hilton Hotels but this time might have been the last one.

Be prepared to pay $15 a day for parking… the hotel was pretty clean but the hallways needed vacuum cleaning

Our room was fine except the toilet barely flushed. We were worried our fridge wasn’t working but it didn’t eventually get cold. The jacuzzi and pool were great until a huge group of 50 kids came without any adults and were throwing balls that even hit me and they used all the towels and ruined our time. Someone had dripped sticky crud from the parking to the front desk and then everyone walked through it all night so the floor was sticking the rest of the trip. I think they even had a bucket to catch drips from the ceiling in the lobby! Checking in took a very long time and the parking thing wasn’t working so people would take forever waiting for it to work and realizing the directions were wrong. The restaurant workers were nice. All that to say, the people were friendly and tried to help. But I couldn’t wait to leave!

We enjoyed our stay and the warm chocolate chip cookies.

Wonderful place with a very nice park to walk my dog. Would have been nice if they had dog trash and bags. I asked to have my room serviced twice as I travel with a service dog and they didn’t do it, so for the 3 night no one came to service my room. At reception the lady was quite rude saying she couldn’t have someone do the room at a certain time, I don’t think many people ask to have their room made between 9am - 1pm. Maid came by at 4pm and I was back in my room so they didn’t do it. It seems they find any excuse to not service rooms. Place was full extremely noisy and a kid pulled the fire alarm which was very annoying.

Beautiful hotel. Didn't really interact with the employees so can't speak to service. The gate to get out of the paid parking garage doesn't not work with digital key. The pool is NOT open 24/7 like the app says. We would've changed our plans so we could get a swim in if we had known they closed the pool @ 11 p.m. Also, the elevators are finicky. We didn't get cookies, I guess because we didn't check in at the front desk. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I stayed to recover from a minor surgery. Everyone was so gracious and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. My room overlooked a forest of trees and had a lovely view of the sunset. Walking distance to several wonderful restaurants. Very quiet!

WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 !!!! Booked a room through Expedia and when we got to hotel, we were told there were no rooms available. Asked for a refund & was told to go thru Expedia. Expedia called the hotel & they said the room was non-refundable & they weren’t booked. LIARS!!!

Property was very clean staff professional

Received no housekeeping in our 4 day stay. Trash pilled up in our room. We had to retrieve our towels daily from the front desk.

Enjoyable stay

It was easily accessible and very comfortable.

Everything went really smooth. Check in was a breeze. Had some maintenance issues but fixed promptly.

It would have been helpful if breakfast is included that you mention that it isn’t free and that you have to pay to park the hotel was very nice and pool was nice but our air didn’t work the first night and we were hot and it did get fixed for second night but I feel I should have been compensated

The service was great, The only one thing I would say needs improvement is the breakfast And the restaurant food. Other than that service was good. The hotel room was comfortable.

Only complaint was noise from the next room late into the night. It must have been designed as a connecting room to the room next door and was not sound proof. Heard their alarm ring the next morning.

Some of the rooms were dirty

The refrigerator didn't work, only decaf coffee in room, drapes were broke, and plumbing was very loud. Could hear elevator shaft all night. Maids would just sit outside rooms and were very loud. Wifi didn't work. Was among the worst hotel stays I have had.

It is a very nice quiet place

The only thing is I wish the pillows were bigger. Did not seem they were even standard size. Also, we came back later. We asked for a blanket and never got a return call. I was cold. My husband was not. But the lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful!
