Due to a date conflict, I tried to move my reservation from Nov.25 to Nov.28. The hotel wouldn't do it for me directly ; I had to contact Hotels.com , who ultimately wanted a huge penalty, which more than doubled my room cost. NO WAY!!
You can stick your brand of customer service/ satisfaction where the sun don't shine.. I'll never book anything through an agency like yours again. We ended up not traveling and forfeited our room cost. Thanks for nothing !!! Little wonder why there's anger in the world with this kind of BS going on.

This hotel is primarily designed for families who want to use the water park, which was not my primary reason. The bed was soft and the pillows comfortable. Since my room was right next to the waterpark door, it was not very quiet. I also did not have a desk in my room, which I should have checked about when I booked. Good-sized parking lot and lots of food options around. On-site restaurant was decent.

One night stay in a refurbished old hotel. Clean and comfortable beds, but hallway rugs were filthy which immediately put us off. Breakfast was good but restaurant carpet again was wrinkled and did not appear clean.
Proximity to a railroad track is disturbing.

Feels like home. Every room is a little different. Great indoor pool. Friendly staff. Convenient attached restaurant and liquor store.

Carpet is filthy, room smells like smoke, noisy, mouse in the room! My partner and I ended up sick from staying there m! Black mold, walls falling disgusting what false advertising!! I lost money on this stay couldn’t even sleep there!

There was renovations being done, however, we were not in one of the renovated rooms and it was quite dirty looking. However, the beds were clean, but in the hallways, there was open ceiling tiles to pipes and wires. Once the renovations are complete. I’m sure it’ll be a nice Place to stay again

The Service was very good and personable. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The facilities need maintenance, particularly the stairs for the pool slide. The ladder up to the top of the slide is in bad shape with rust covering it and exposed bolt heads on the step surface making it so you have to take careful steps.

The air con motor made a terrible noise all night and obviously needs replacement and we went to make coffee in our room in the morning and coffee pot was missing pieces so we couldn’t. On a good note I mentioned it at check out and they took some off our bill to make up for it.

A great property to stay at for its amenities and price. Definitely need some updating, but understand that new management is starting this.
Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and somewhat updated. Kids loved the pool and a lot of poolside seating for us adults. Only downside is you can’t enjoy your morning coffee out there. All this said we will for sure stay again.

The property was under construction and we weren't aware of this. When it rained there was water buckets everywhere. The hall carpets were littered with construction material. Only one elevator and very long hallways. The stairways were used for workers. The pool and waterslide were nice for children.

The pool was a lot of fun! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. They were doing renos when we were there and keeping the place up to date!

Would stay here again. Kids had a blast at the pool, room was large and beds were very comfortable. It needs an update for sure but overall was a decent hotel.

This was our 1st trip as a family of 3 with a baby under 1 year old.
The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We didn’t realize our room had no bath so showering with an infant was interesting. The pool area was fun.
We also didn’t realize that they looked our door that led out to the pool… which I understand you don’t want people using the pool before the time but that info would have been nice to know ahead of time.

The hotel is easy to get to and parking is great. It is only a 35 minute walk to Mosaic stadium.

The condition of the pool and waterslide was very run down. The amount of rust on the stairs is unhealthy and if a kid slips on them they will need a tetnis shot. We also had mice in our room and checked out as soon as we could. The staff we friendly and trying to do their best but clearly the maintenance on the hotel is something the owners are not keen on. I was so disappointed as I have always loved this hotel and pool as a kid.
