The heater didn't work, and the room was very cold. There was no safety vault in the room.

Clean rooms, good price. Good breakfast.

We were not inform about the parking fee of $45 overnight which was very expensive.

Suggest upfront to incoming guests on allowing temporary parking to check-in and check out. Also, need to assist, if possible parking and retrieving vehicles if guests are physically challenged to walk a half block to a block depending upon where they park. Lastly, extend the breakfast hours to 6-10am.

Stayed here for one night. It was very quiet and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great value location close to LAX with efficient free shuttle

The hotel staff's exemplary service made our stay one of the most pleasant experiences away from home we have had in a long time. The Fairfield's attentive staff and extremely friendly atmosphere have impressed us and we intend to choose the El Segundo location again when we visit the LAX area.

I arrived to LAX early, able to find the shuttle stop easy and didn’t wait long before I was picked up. No call needed, they run every 20-30 min I believe. Tania offered to store my luggage but by the time I was ready to leave my bags, a room was ready for early check in. Breakfast was great - Buffet style with eggs, sausages and more. Only stayed one night, caught the shuttle back to the airport the next morning with no issues. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again

Staff were great

Rooms alright. Can't check in a second before 3pm so there's a line out the door when you can. Front desk were very blunt but got better outside of peak times. Parkings Is in a random unsecured lot around the corner and is $45 a night. Wouldn't let people out. Got stuck at the gate 3 days in a row because of this. Help button didn't work one day and had to walk back into the hotel to get out while.my family (todler) sat in the car for 20 mins. 1 Park out the front to unload bags/kids and it was full for 20 mins. Place is a maze. Half the dryers in the laundry are broken. Maides were great and rooms were a good size and clean. Service and brefast was also great. I'd say I saw at least 50 flgiht staff a day come in and they all hang around in huge groups in the lobby at all times. Very vusy hotel but got proximity to the airport.

Great stay. I had an early flight out, so I just needed a place to sleep and the room was great for that. Ashley was very helpful when I was checking in and trying to figure out how to get something to drink to bring up to my room. I'd stay here again.

A pretty good stay, hampered by absolutely terrible wifi. I thought it may have just been me being in the west tower, but my friend on the opposite side of the complex had the same issue. It constantly dropped, I could barely answer emails. But it’s a great location, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are super nice. I’d stay again if the wifi got taken up a notch!

Check in was smooth and receptionist was very friendly. The room AC was very loud and the bed could’ve used an additional heavy blanket. The front desk person explained that the AC’s were all being upgraded. In the meantime, she couldn’t change my room as they were full but she gave me 10,000 points as a token of an apology.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location near LAX with restaurants and grocery stores close by. Nice pool area. Airport shuttle is a plus!

Second great stay this month. As always I appreciate the friendly staff, luggage storage, and plentiful breakfast buffet. I also appreciated the baggage scale at the front desk. I spent an hour or so relaxing at the outdoor fire pit this visit too.

The room had a terrible smell, like mold or vomit. I tried to contact the front desk to change rooms, but it was after midnight and nobody answered. They had an air filter in the room so the smell wasn't as bad when i slept, but it was noisy so i still couldn't sleep. Also, back sliding glass door would not work. I asked for a discount and hope it will be significant because I couldn't sleep because of the smell. It was better but still there the next morning.

Nice property Parking is criminal and very unorganized!! No pre info that it'd be $50 to park - unethical! Gal at check in gave limited information on the parking lot - how to enter or exit? Not that simple... Worse yet when I left I could not exit - no one told me to keep my key for exiting. #DUMBASABOX - hotel needs to let folks know re the costs and how to exit.

The ac in our room doesn’t work, it’s a bit uncomfortable. Maintenance did bring us 2 fans however it’s still warm.

A big shout out to the professional and always friendly staff at Fairfield Inn El Segundo! From the shuttle drivers, to the front desk warriors, to the breakfast and housekeeping folks, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Even when the lobby was overflowing with anxious guests, the staff stayed calm, and even provided popcorn and lemonade for us until check in time. I had a great stay. The shuttle was probably beyond capacity at check in, but still reliable. The front desk folks showed true grit under pressure from anxious visitors. The breakfast staff kept the food coming even with waves of hungry guests descending in the morning. My room was spotless too. The hotel made an extra effort to keep my informed of hotel policy, to manage expectations and produce positive results. I have another room booked here in two weeks and am looking forward to my next visit. Cheers.

I kept hearing a dripping sound. Finally, when I looked around, I noticed the air conditioner mounted on the doorway leading into the room was dripping water onto the floor.

The hotel is amazing! The staff is lovely and always super helpful ! The rooms are big and beds incredibly comfortable . The breakfast is just perfect!
