Red stain on sheets, dirty tub and slow draining sink!!

Great check in staff. Very helpful. Great mood. Room was spotless and quiet. The breakfast selection included veggie omelets and Turkey sausage, which I love. I give the HI Express in Fairlawn the highest of ratings.

The sheets didn’t fit the bed. So every time you turned over the sheet pop off and then you would see the mattress pad. On my kids bed when I woke up this am the sheet came off bed. And u could see mattress pad that had dry blood spots on. It wasn’t from them. Drain in bathroom was close so no water could go down drain. My bf fix that. The bed were hard. The staff was friendly when I went to check out there was nobody at the front desk for over 10 minutes they stick a sheet of paper that says please sign and turn at the front desk. But when I get to the front desk he said oh we don’t need that. That’s your receipt. For the amount of money I paid it was not positive experience. A couple of months ago I stayed at another Holiday Inn express and it was way better. So it’s quite disappointing

Poorly run hotel. No stay over service. Faucet in bathroom barely worked. Breakfast was stale and lowest quality food you could imagine. Felt like a cheap motel. Lost faith in the holiday inn express brand. Might as well stay in a motel 6

The ice machine and the pool were out of order. The elevator and hallways were dirty. Everything is dated. Our in laws in the room next to ours found dried blood on their sheets. The restaurant menu was disgusting.

Was not able to check in upon arrival due to no rooms ready and a busy afternoon. However, was able to get room late that evening after our concert was over.

The hotel was quiet and had a comfortable bed. But the general condition was a little lacking. The door handle stuck when you opened it. I had to hold up on the handle. The jacuzzi tub looked pretty bad, luckily I shower instead of bathe. The breakfast was so so

I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed

I would like to start by saying the staff was excellent. We were welcomed immediately and the breakfast in the morning was very good with several options. The room tub would not drain and there was no maintenance there for the evening shift-so the gentleman at the front desk moved us to another room. I feel the room we stayed in needed some TLC. There was no place to hang the toilet paper and no laundry bag available to use like most at this price range. There also needs to be the usual books with hotel and surrounding area info. The remote for the TV was also difficult to use. With all that being said, we would go back again. The front desk recommended a local steak house that was excellent both in food, service and its unique decor.

Card charged twice. Card was charged by Hotels.com and again by IHG Holiday. IHG says it's a glitch and that they cannot fix it. Unacceptable!

Very nice hotel, clean room, great amenities, friendly staff. Lots of dining options nearby. The only reason for my giving 4 stars is the condition of the bathroom. Though the room is renovated the water pressure was insufficient and the drain worked terribly slow. Otherwise everything was very good.

Bathroom could use an update it had an old jetted tub which the jets looked dirty, which just made the overall shower seem dirty. They state fluffy towels which is not accurate at all, small and rough. The coffee machine was dirty, which was also dirty in the room we stayed in a month ago. The fitted sheet was too small for the bed it wasn’t fully on. Breakfast is good, staff is excellent. Ashame they increased prices because of the basketball tournaments that weekend. We paid almost double from the month prior.
