Light in room doesn’t work

Hot tub penthouse was amazing

Pool was out of order

convenient location

online it shows they have a hot tub and they didn’t and the man at the front desk said that it was for a different location when it clearly showed the same address

My medical issues were not addressed for 3 days. These issues were stated in my booking

It was a great location and the staff was friendly . The pool was great. Since the elevator was broken down the staff found us a room on the 2nd floor because I had my grand children with me and lots of bags to carry.

The elevator was broken down and they were having trouble getting it fixed.

Manager Brittany was very poor and not helpful

Breakfast exceeded expectations.

The bed was a bit squeaky.

Light over the bathroom mirror did not work. No night light in the barhroom.

the rooms weren’t cleaned well, the bathroom tub had broken areas on it, the water didn’t get hot, the entire building smelled! it seemed like it was a boarding house for the homeless! jus not the ideal get away for me and my bf for his bday! i will NEVER stay there again.

I like how a nice the staff was. I enjoyed the location. I liked how all my questions were asking a timely manner and that I was taking care of.

I did not like being in a room next to an exit door and all of the noise. I did not like how the bathroom tub was clogged. I also did not like how attendants walked into my room several times while I was in there.

The property was clean and updated.

This could easily be an excellent review but it’s not. We had a reservation through booking.com. The hotel manager swore it had been cancelled even though I had the open reservation. After multiple back and forths with the front desk clerk the manager finally came out of her office at our request. She would not match the original reservation price and I had to make another reservation at a higher price. At that point I had two reservations. In order to not get charged for two rooms she had to okay a refund of the first reservation BECAUSE IT WAS still a reservation!!! It could have been such a better experience for everyone if we’d been treated like she wanted our business. Booking.com was great. They refunded us the difference right away.

room was very nice for the price but still could’ve been a little better. overall no real complaints. all the staff I dealt with were very nice and helpful.

-The lack of breakfast as it was advertised. a prepackaged muffin and a granola bar isn’t “breakfast”. -VERY uncomfortable chair to sit in, in the room. for times when I was wanting to relax and watch some TV, I had to use the office/desk chair which was only marginally better than the lounge chair in the room. -No luggage rack or/and no dresser to put clothes in for an extended stay.

Breakfast was a bag to go, very disappointed

Two queen beds were confirmed, only had a king bed available. Unacceptable, one person had to sleep on the floor

The location is ideal! There's everything you need and more within 5-10 Mike radius. The front desk clerk was kind,quick, and efficient.

The hotel is a little outdated and dirty. The $100 for incidentals is a little unnecessary considering the quality of the hotel

The GM Brittany was very rude wouldn’t give me or my sister a refund of our money it was so unfit we couldn’t stay the night we left we have video of everything that was wrong and they even charged me a cleaning fee of a room I didn’t stay in at all even have video of how the rooms was left door wouldn’t shut nasty black stuff coming out the shower when we turned the water on

staff was rude… hardly anyone ever at the front desk.. workers don’t know how to do things.. night shift guy couldn’t open a door and had to jump the front desk to gain access

The manager at the establishment was TERRIBLE. She lied and was completely rude

This location is near everything malls strip malls food is a walk or uber ride away the staff was so friendly n wonderful the beds were comfy room was nice n they had a pool n great free breakfast I definitely will stay here again

I wish thier was a jacuzzi still
