The TV in the room was not good, The device was old, and the channel selection limited. The room air unit was loud. The breakfast was disappointing. The bananas Friday were black. The bacon was so thin you could see through it. I went out for breakfast at my expense.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, great breakfast

Located far enough off the highway so there wasn't a lot of traffic or noise, breakfast was really good and sometimes went after 9 am. Lobby was spacious and modern. Pool was small, but jacuzzi was large.

The mini fridge was set to arctic ice.

Room overlooked the front arrival awning. There was significant noise - running around at 10 PM and stomping in the middle of the night.

Location and breakfast were good.

The pool and hot tub had so much clorine in it that we couldn't hardly breathe when in pool room. Couldn't use either pool or hot tub.

Great location for the Blossom Music Center.

Close to Cuyahoga National Park. Staff are very nice, polite and patient. Clean. I like the swimming pool and whirlpool.

Reserved the rooms through Booking.com, some misunderstood between booking.com and the hotel. Other than that, all is super.

Everyone was very pleasant. Thank you to Nix as well, he was very helpful and what a smile to greet us with each evening.

Everything was as expected, except for a few items noted below.

1. No conditioner in the shower 2. TV inoperational 3. Hall way light did not work

Bed and couch were not comfortable. most of the breakfast items got over when we went at 8.30 am

Bed fairly uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible and way too small. The blankets were thin and yellowed. There was nothing covering the box spring. There was a thermostat in the room that did nothing. I’m not sure why it was there. Instead, we used the controls on the wall heater and it was so loud it kept waking us up all night. It was snowing out and we had to turn it off so we could sleep. The updated carpet was appreciated however you could tell the updates were quick fixes. Still mold on the bottoms of the shower walls and floor. The room was tight and the furniture took up so much space yet still didn’t have a lot of storage room.
