Conveniently located to every place we wanted to visit and a very short walk to the train station. Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent!

For what seems like a high end hotel it really isn’t. Maybe because of the location in a touristy area. But it was still safe, comfy, and met the needs of my family.

The location of the property was great and only a couple of minutes walk from the Central Station. The ambience of the hotel is also very pleasant and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was, however, very small for a family of three and the sink in the bathroom was stained and disgusting. The air condition was not very effective and it wasn’t very comfortable at night . Housekeeping was not very pleasant and was putting pressure on us to vacate the room in the morning so that they can get it cleaned . That was not nice as it’s up to us what time we leave and it made us feel very uncomfortable to have a lie in in the morning. Overall it was an ok stay . What made it bearable was the location which was right in the middle of the Grand Place and absolutely amazing.

This is a great place to stay as it is in the area you will walk around, eat, hang out and catch tours from in Brussels. It is a clean nice hotel with smallish European rooms and a decent breakfast buffet. You will def not be disappointed

This hotel was reasonably priced in the IDEAL location, just steps away from the Central train station but facing a beautiful and lively square full of eateries. I LOVED my stay and will stay here again when I return. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent but the hotel is barebones. Service is terrible, food was missing part of a pizza. Stay for the location but not the hotel itself.

Hotel is situated in the heart of Grand Place where there were lots of restaurants and electric atmosphere/vibe. Highly recommend Novotel Brussels.

The area around the hotel is lively. 3 minute walk to the train. Our train was late in the day and they had storage for our luggage. Very convenient.

The hotel was located at a convenient location. Close to shopping, attractions and transportation. The sink and shower stall was not very well maintained.

Pretty good location in terms of proximity to train station and major attractions. Lot of noisy and aggressive people late in the night. Limited vegetarian options in breakfast.

The location of this hotel is ideal- and what you are choosing it for. The room is fine and clean, but it feels like a big step down from most modern hotel rooms. The people working here were very helpful and accommodating. Overall, I would search around before choosing it again, but I would choose it again for location.

Wonderful place by Grand Place and by the station. Very convenient to walk everywhere and take day trips. Breakfast was great. Room was very spacious and people working are amazing.

The location cannot be beat - near the train station, restaurants, souvenir shops and the Grand Place. Walkable to many other sites to see. I didn’t like the small room and the dated bathrooms (the toilet is nicely separated from the shower and tub but you still have to go to the bathroom to wash your hands). Staff were courteous enough, breakfast was good, and the common areas were clean.

Room was a little small for three people. But the location was tremendous. Best location in Brussels. Everything in Brussels within walking distance.

Great location. Staff was friendly but not overly helpful regarding routine questions. Room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke and ac was not functioning in 80 degree weather.

Room was just ok. No frills. But it did the job. Could use some renovation and the a/c was not working very well so the room was too warm at night. But the location is stellar. Can walk to so many tourist sites.
