Requested mobility assistance room and received confirmation. Got to room and it was not mobility assisted. Too late to move person. Followed up with hotel via email to advise them of this and no reaponse

We stopped on our drive to Florida. It was convenient off of 75S and I picked because it had a restaurant and bar. The menu was very limited to a kitchen remodel and fryer was down and the bar had a very limited selection, so was a little disappointing.

I had a gas week situation in my house and I called them last minute and Rod was absolutely amazing! Moreover the entire staff were wonderful as well. I now have a home away from home should I need them in the future. THANK YOU all so much for a such hospitable stay.

The lobby staff was extremely courteous and professional, 5 stars
They only cleaned the room and changed the towels once during my 6-night stay.
The room was marginally clean when i arrived. I am bald and do not have a long or blonde hair on my body. But those hairs were stuck to the wall of the shower and the sink. When i walked around the room in my socks, I'd find long blonde hairs stuck in them. Also there were cobwebs hanging over the other bed. 2 stars

Dawn was very nice at check-in. The pool.was closed however no one said anything and it was 98 degrees. The property needs some renovation which Dawn said they were getting ready to do. The outside door on the side we were staying on would not close so anyone could have walked in...

Overall great experience. The woman at the front desk at check-in was absolutely delightful! Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, I don’t think I ever got it. She was very helpful. She was very patient as I tried to locate my Bonvoy account. after being on the road for 14 hours, she made it a wonderful beginning to our night stay

It was ok. Ok for one night. It is easily noticeable that it is an older Marriott property. Did read the “patio” is just dirt out the back door. That is very accurate! Found various hair like fibers stuck in the towels and seemed like there were hairs left over in the shower - by the ceiling?!?! Not sure how that’s even possible but they were missed when the bathroom was cleaned. Unsure if the ceiling was moldy or just repainted poorly…Probably wouldn’t stay again but it was convenient for the Truist Stadium.

Overall decent place for a one night stay. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Room Clean but felt very dated. Room was non smoking but smelled as if someone tried to cover up smoke with a ton of air freshener. Bed was very comfortable. Lobby area was very nice but would’ve appreciated a free coffee area in the morning.

Check in was quick and easy. The front desk person was very nice and friendly. They gave us a little welcome package of water bottles and a couple snacks, and gave us cookies for our kids.

Check in by Dawn was great! So nice to see a smiling face and goodwill among other employees.
