Not very satisfied. Had a room with kitchenette and fireplace booked. Unfortunately, hotel had a water issue that prevented us from getting the kitchenette room. Downgraded to no kitchenette, no fireplace. Cost me an extra $250 in eating out as we could no longer cook our groceries. Also, had to pay $30 for a firepit to replace fireplace we paid for. Hotel said they couldnt do a credit, contact Hotels.com (Expedia).
Personally, I want a full refund of a night as the room downgrad cost me more in added expenses than the room was even worth.

The property is located on the ocean and all rooms have ocean view. The room was spacious and clean, with an electric fireplace that put out a good amount of heat, a well-stocked kitchenette, and comfortable bed. I was located on the second floor and was relieved to learn that there was an elevator to bring luggage to the room. The restaurant was good, hotel staff friendly, and it's not too far away by car from town. I would highly recommend a stay here and will revisit when I'm in the area.

It was so good. When we arrived it was late and we were searching for the ocean :). We could only hear it from the balcony. It would have been great if they have lights behind the property too.
The stay was fantastic, the rooms had all the appliances and plates. We had a very good time.

Excellent facility in an excellent location on the beach. The restaurant service on site is also very good. Desk staff require some communication skills training.

Check in was good, room ok but the breakfast was terrible!! We've been traveling around Canada for a month and this was THE very worst we had!! Cheap, nasty food, poor selection and we had to clear away!!

We liked the location the most. It was right on MacKenzie Beach and the views were amazing. The room was ok, nothing special, but had a musty odor. We opted to have breakfast included in our package and were looking forward to it but were disappointed. It was cold and the tables were all dirty. We had to clean our own table. Even the coffee was terrible. We would have liked to use the hot tub but it was under maintenance when we tried. Overall, not worth $700/ night. Would try elsewhere next time.

What a beautiful hotel with amazing views. Peaceful with plenty of activities on site. Once you’ve had enough of the ocean views there is plenty to do locally. A Car makes it easier although you can hire bikes. There is also a shuttle bus.
Due to its location Tofino does tend to be a bit chilly in the morning and evening (aug) so extra layers required. Would def stay there again.

The hotel was OK. Nothing special. Service was slow and relaxed. Simply a roof over your head during your stay. Similar to most stays at tofino.
The offered free chocolate for our anniversary which was a nice gesture

We had a very full schedule and not a lot of time to really enjoy our stay: arrived late and left early.
But the staff were very helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately the weather was pretty cold and cloudy.

housekeeping was not very good. sliding door was left open one time so can't say the property is safe as our laptop and purses were in our room and out. dirty cups not replaced, sand never swept up, garbage not emptied. cleaning and sorting our own dishes at breakfast is absurd in a $700 plus p/night resort. I drove off property at end of employee shifts, I could tell, and had some fellow suddenly on my ass all the way down the 20km. driveway and then down the highway until it got peopley and then they backed off. Thus, it felt almost sinister. Combined with the housekeeping, and dish fiasco, does not feel safe or upscale. Better off at Pacific Sands.

The room we stayed in was fantastic, clean and overlooking Mackenzie Beach. Didn't get to use much of their facilities, so can't comment on that. Breakfast options were simple and every morning they had different options to choose from. Overall a great stay. We hope to come back again.

Room was beautiful, checkin they didn’t know I prepaid through hotels and tried to charge me twice and then called me six hours after I had checked in to ask if I would be checking in. Breakfast was great! View from the room was the best part!
