Perfect location in a nice hotel with excellent service. The room was equipped with a kettle which was nice. We also appreciated the fridge. Comfortable beds and everything clean. Would love to come back!

This is a very nice property and is exceptionally convenient for getting around Brussels. The hotel restaurant is fantastic. The staff is top notch. The shopping is superb.

First time to Brussels and stayed here based on location. Very nice hotel in a great area with only a 5 minute walk to Le Grande Place. Would definitely stay there again.

Brussel is fascinating and breathtaking. The weather was great and will definitely be back .

I ordered room service and after 45 minutes waiting for it (ham & cheese sandwich) I called to check on it. The person at the other side screamed at me and told me it's always the same time (never told me in my original call) and that it would be 10 more minutes, then hanged up on me. When he finally came to my room he was extremely rude.

We enjoyed this hotel in the midst of the old part of Brussels. It was a bit noisy, as the area has an active night life. We were able to walk to it from the train station and were able to walk to most of the museums and other sites that we were interested in. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, as well. And Chutneys (in the hotel) was great. We also had fun having drinks with new friends on the rooftop bar.

Hotel was located minutes from train station, Grand Plaza and many restaurants and bars

Wonderful location. Close to central station but quiet side street. Clean and very professional staff. We were able to relax after long day of sightseeing. Only wish the tub is more level for people who only shower. Very big step to get out of tub.

Great stay at Warwick hotel! Staff were very kind and friendly. We arrived early and they were able to give us a room. The rooftop terrace has a great view! Great location as well! Very close to Grand Place and Bruxelles Central station!

Great location in central Brussels

The location of this hotel is absolutely excellent! It is in very close proximity to everything! Its proximity to the central train station also make it very easy to reach. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location! Very nice room. Clean comfortable. Not enough power outlets but it seems all European hotels are lacking outlets. Very good breakfast. Staff is very accommodating.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and in a great location. However, each night my credit card was charged & the front desk was unable to explain the charges. This was even after I paid the incidentals & the city tax. One night it was 80€ & the next night was 150€. They weren’t room charges or anything & now we have to wait to get them refunded/reversed while we are on vacation and need the money. They are just taking money out of my account each night for absolutely no reason so I would not bother staying here.

Very easy to find from Central Station - just walk through the archway to the right of Carrefor and the hotel is visible in the street opposite. Very close to the Grande Place, and to many restaurants. Rooms are compact but have everything. Bathrooms have bath and shower. Very good breakfast.

The hotel stay was good, I didn’t wake up to any disturbances trash comes THURSDAY nights so be expecting noises as expected. Breakfast was GREAT. Get the breakfast and enjoy the morning Overall 4/5

Second visit and still fantastic as before. Will come again.

Nice hotel in a very central location in Brussels

Located in the center of of the city, everything is nearby such as grocery stores to eateries. The hotel itself looks a bit dated in the rooms. It's definitely showing it's age. Our room had a bad smell like stale beer. Judging by the grubby carpet I assume beer had been spilt once upon a time. You can clearly see grime in the carpet which meant walking barefoot was a no-no for hygiene reasons. The bathroom fixtures need either replacing or repairing. The bathroom extraction fan was either asthmatic or not working. Leaking faucets. Front desk staff were good but can improve with ensuing guest requests are dealt with promptly especially when those guests have clear disabilities. On several occasions I asked for bath robes and slippers and when the kettle broke I asked for it to be replaced several times. But the last request was not met unfortunately. Breakfast consists of the same thing every morning. It could do with a bit of change every other day. I did not see or hear about any personal requests for breakfast items made to order as some other hotel chains offer. Housekeeping also need to improve. For example on arrival to our room there was no shower gel at all, the handwash and lotion was running very low. I'm guessing they do not check these regularly to ensure a good supply for the guests. I also noticed inconsistent presentation of bathroom essentials. Such as presentation of toilet paper et al. It's small things like this that let the whole experience down.

Beautiful property, wonderful staff! The only complaint was cup marks on the night stand, indicating that it had not been wiped since last guest.

This property is showing its age and not in a good way. While the room was clean enough, it didn’t feel clean due to a musty smell, stained carpet and walls and water damaged bathroom. Due to the age, modern conveniences that one would be used to are missing like plugs and usb ports in convenient places. Location was convenient to the train station and the Grand Plaza though close enough to the train station that it felt less safe.

Very convenient to go attraction spots, transportation center and walkable to eat and visit.

We had a great stay at Warwick. Room was small but thats expected for Europe. Hotel decor was very pristine. The area was vibrant with great restaurants and the train station and Grand Palace literally in your backyard. Hotel was very quiet even though these areas were close by and the rooftop bar was excellent. Would stay again!
