Overall, a nice property, however, many areas are not accessible for anyone with mobility devices. This was clear while attending an international conference, and having to take stairs to many of the spaces for different events.

The rooms need to be updated, the tub had black stain and the furniture was all dented.

We pid $90 dollars additionaly for all inclusive. We were directed to 2nd floor restaurant QA of food 2 stars. The last night we found out it was at 18th floor not 2ns floor.
We were very disappointed. We will never stay at a Sheraton hotel

The ambience, service and location are top notch. The only incumbent is noise. Rooms are not very isolated, not so bad, but if that is a matter to you, I’d use other hotel

Everything inside of the hotel was great, however outside close to the reforma street there were some people smoking cannabis at front of everyone including my kids

We had a good stay for it being the first time visiting Mexico City....Hotel was highly recommended by a family member who had been there earlier in the year. The only thing we had trouble, and it was reported twice was the the temp in the room. It was very unsatisfactory....hot when we first got there and throughout the 5 days, we were there...called front desk twice and once personally to the front desk but nothing changed.

Amazing hotel and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the four days we were at the hotel it really started to feel like home. The area was very nice and felt safe. Just a block away from a lot of restraunts and the breakfast buffet at the hotel was amazing.

We hired Antonio Vargas from their taxi service. He was our personal taxi and he went the extra mile and walked with us through Zocalo. We felt extremely safe and comfortable. He was amazing

The hotel needs some renovations it look tired and carpets and marble floor needs to be changed, I won’t call this hotel a 5 star hotel, the location is good and some of the staff aren’t very friendly. I did stay in this hotel before and it doesn’t feel the same

Good location. Easy to get transportation. Check in was easy and service was good. The hotel is a bit dated. The bathtub had a lot of brown cracks and soft spots. Shower head was brown but good pressure. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. Not too soft or too firm. Black out windows if you want to sleep in. Basic amenities. AC was nice but hard to adjust at times.

The staff were helpful. The room wasn’t great, bathroom was small. The bed was very comfortable. We ordered room service and it was excellent. Javier our waiter at the restaurants was great. The hotel is located in a beautiful area.
