Great service. Shower was terrible. Way too much pressure and water only stayed nice and hot for about a min. Also the blow dryer didn't blow hot air either so it took my wife a long time to dry her hair

This property was very clean and I was very comfortable staring here.

The lady at check in was so great. She started us off perfectly. We were happy to be able to also see her at check out.
We were lucky enough to get a newly remodeled room and it was beautiful. Really spacious with a giant TV.
Unfortunately my daughter and her husband were not so lucky. There room was on a floor under construction and it was noisy and extremely dusty. The room itself was yucky and they had to call and have stained sheets changed.
My advice, make sure you get a new room.
Oh and the 9 dollar breakfasts (pay when checking in) had a lot of made to order options that were really good.

Room was so dirty my feet were black from the carpet. AC in room so loud water dripping from vents. Could hear tv in next room was not a restful stay.

Bed needs change new mattress. Because people moving around sounds so loud. It’s bothering for the people next to you. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the Marriott Rancho Cordova. The pool area was gorgeous with a giant natural arbor, waterfalls, pool, and spa. The pool stayed open late enough for us to swim after a wedding we had attended. Service was always friendly.

Catering service was below standard. Dinners were cold. Breakfast buffet ran out of plates, fruit and other items.

They were remodeling and new restaurant so no room service, no lobby available. Understaffed at checkin so when 20 firefighters showed up all at once, it was a very long wait with only one clerk registering people. Not my best stay at a Mariott.

This place was absolutely wonderful clean, helpful, etc. No complaints.

The room was musty smelling , like cigarette smoke, there were stains on the bedding and overall the rooms are looking a bit beat up. They can use some paint and deep cleaning

The room are old and paints peeling off. I took a picture and showed it to the gentleman at the front desk ( polite and courteous). They mentioned the hotel is undergoing renovation. This hotel is not Marriott standard hotel. The condition of the rooms completely ruined my mood that day.

Room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning lady opened the door while the do not disturb sign was on the outside of the door. I was about to get in the shower. Besides that it a good place to stay. It’s a little dated but comfortable, quiet and safe.

I had a last minute stay here and wow the front desk staff was very courteous and competent. The room was extremely quiet and comfortable too. I was very impressed compared to other hotels I stayed in on this trip.

it was dirty outside the room. Look like no one is taking care of it or maintaining it. Dirty in pool bathroom, at opening, so was not clean at closure. Table in pool area all dirty havent been wipe for a while. I was their a Thurday…the water fountain has tone of alges. Room felt like a gost was living there. Staff were nice though.

The hotel is beautiful, very convenient , it has a Starbucks, an Italian restaurant and the food was good. The managers were nice except for the cleaning lady , if the checkout is at 11am why is the cleaning lady opening my door around 8:20am ? Shouting HELLO, I jumped out of bed so confused i thought something was wrong or I was having a nightmare, then I went back to bed again she comes half an hour reopening the door again screaming . Really not cool. I notified the staff before my departure.

Hotels have been sorely lacking since covid. I has very happy to find that my hotel felt like and reminded me of pre-covid times. Amenities and attention to detail! I didnt need much other that sleep, but the overall atmosphere made me feel more comfortable in a hotel, than I have in a while

Front desk night staff was terrible. Door dash ordered due to room service not communicating with kitchen. Door dash was stolen from front desk. Not recommended to stay here next time I will pick a different place. Not at all my previous experiences with Marriott resorts. Disappointed to say the least.

The room decor looks like my grandmas house in the 90’s. Looks like they have a renovation underway downstairs. Hopefully they update the rooms, too.

I have stayed at many Marriott's in Northern California and I have to say that this was the cleanest, coziest, and had the most lovely staff that were warm and friendly. I highly recommend.
