Staff, room, cleanliness, etc was excellent. Only complaint was A/C. I got so desperate I set to 58, and was still sweating & no one in room able to sleep with a blanket bc it was too hot. I wasn’t able to sleep at night, laid there sweating.

Very nice stay! Friendly staff! Everything was comfortable and clean. Was happy to find out there was hot coffee in the lobby!

This hotel was excellent. The room was modern and very clean as well as the bathroom, very clean and functional. The towels were great, and even the tissues in the room were of very high quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our short overnight stay while traveling.

We booked this hotel last minute after our first one didn’t work out.. Absolutely lovely people to work with and our room was gorgeous! The bar and restaurant was wonderful and charming! Such a fantastic experience and we will definitely book with them again whenever we find ourselves back in Brunswick!

Room was clean, no bedbugs!! No mold in the bathroom.
Check out was good.
We had a light on the AC unit that was like a “strobe light “ and management was quick to get maintenance involved.

Very nice, newer property, with comfortable rooms, and a very nice, classy lobby area. Located right off of I-95, the location is convenient for travel, and about a 10-15min drive from historic downtown Brunswick The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and professional!

Did not like how the housekeeper opened the door to the room and the do not disturb was on the door and it wasn't check out time yet

The staff was very friendly but the room was not cleaning correctly. There were dirty towels left behind. Hotel has a restaurant and there is two other restaurant at walking distance.

It needs to be made very clear on all websites that the property will put a $100 hold on your debit cards. Microwaves need to be put in the rooms as well.

On Sunday restaurant and bar not open. Hotel processes a pending $100 charge on your credit card and you have to trust them to reverse it. At 6 AM a wake up alarm that I did not set woke me up. Too many other options nearby. I’ll stay somewhere else

Very comfortable and clean. Nice decor. The only complaint is the lighting, especially the bathroom. Very dim to get makeup on. The rest of the room you would have to turn every lamp on if you wanted normal lighting.

This was an excellent experience. Quiet, cozy bed, beautifully clean space with black out curtains and friendly staff. A perfectly close distance to historic Savannah, free parking. Happy we choose this as our option.

The staff there were very friendly and helpful. The three ladies who tend the bar and dining room are the BEST! I have been here three times now and will definitely stay here again.
The only con: they have worse toilet paper in existence! It is practically see through.

Staff was nice. The problem was our room was full of dust! The floors had so much dust you could see it clearly. Our bedside table was dirty with a ton of dust. It appears as though someone came in a did the bathroom and beds but didn't touch anything else. There was also trash still in the trash can.

I liked the fact that it was new - Very simple but workable design. The rooms were awesome. The staff were all very friendly and professional. We will stay here in the future - going back and forth to Florida.

Perfect Spring Break location! Jekyll Island is only 20mins away! Enjoyed 2 nights with 2 kiddos and the room was great! Most comfortable hotel mattress we’ve slept on!! Property was clean as was room, will definitely return! The Mexican restaurant across parking lot is great as well!! Only thing is I have to complain about was they really need a pool! Would make it perfect!

I could not check in when I got there, but was offered free breakfast for the inconvenience of having to change to a smaller room, and the wait to check in.
