Hotel upon checking has an policy that if you stay in town you can't rent a room,after paying for the room thru hotels.com I found this out upon check in,the lady who checked me in was nice and very helpful

The stay was great, but the check innwas terrible. There were 4 people ahead of me in line and i stood in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting to get to the desk to check in. Even after the per check in, it still took me almost 10 linutes to check in.

We came to jonesboro for a dental surgery and my grandmother was treated with the up most respect to the point of giving us a ground floor room due to her inability to walk down stairs.

Nice hotel but a dirty towel with long strand of hair and dirt. I didn’t realize it till after I used it, kinda gross and the bed cover also had dirty spots on it.

Gorgeous room. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. First time I have stayed in a La Quinta hotel. I hope they are all like this one. Staff were very friendly. Very nice place to stay.

One thing that was annoying is various room clock alarms going off at random times in the night and early morning.

I stay at this hotel frequently when traveling from Texas ti Illinois. It's always clean and fairly inexpensive, even with the 25-dollar dog fee. However, I am considering looking elsewhere due to policy changes, such as non-refundable and a $125 cc hold when you arrive. My plans often change and now being non-refundable has cost me hundreds of dollars over the last 6 months

The first room we were put in the ac eas not working then the 2nd room we got moved to the shower was not clean it had aomeones hair all over the walls where the soap was and the room had a really bad odor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The nightly rate was very reasonable. The breakfast was pretty standard but good. The eggs were empty at 7:00 am one morning and I'm not sure if they checked or refilled them. Highway noise is very noticeable at night. I would stay here again.

This property is nice, looks like it’s been updated. Great breakfast offered. Clean and fresh. The only thing was in the update they painted the doors and apparently ours stuck so it had been trimmed and they needed to adjust it more.

I know mistakes can be made maybe overlooked.The first room given to me had not been cleaned. I think Goldilocks had been there.
Toilet dirty, dirty dishes in bathroom, trash cans not emptied. Dont think sheets on bed had been changed. Totally unacceptable.
However Traci at the front desk was super apologic and was a great asset to your hotel. Give her special recognition for being so kindand courteous. Thank you.

Smoke detector went off at 2:00 AM, took an hour to fix, couldn’t get back to sleep for a couple of hours afterwards…I was told as I checked out they could only apologize and not offer any kind of rebate or compensation…kind of sucked to be honest mostly the way it was said…

The La Quinta Inn and suites in Jonesboro, Arkansas is a great property!! It is a gem located near other competitor hotels, but stands out because the La Quinta inn and suites is a new build with excellent and clean features!! The front area staff was very nice and informative and helped With my reservation that was booked on Expedia. The breakfast was excellent as always!!

1 night stay. Its near the highway, so its easy to get to and out of. There is highway sounds, so take that into consideration. The room was clean and comfortable.
I do have a critisism of the bathroom. There is a vent, but no vent fan. The floor is tile and the counter is stoney, so everything is damp after a shower. There is no towel rack next to the shower, and the counter with the towels is across the room, so your option are the floor where your towels will get cold and wet, or the top of the toilet, as the toilet has no seat cover. In my opinion, a toilet without a cover in bathroom that also contains the sink and no vent fan is a little gross.
That said I was happy with the stay and would do so again.
