Staff was friendly but it was a bottom of the barrel type of hotel. Room was smelly. Jacuzzi was broke. Very old and outdated.

The room itself was okay. It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in in the room. The refrigerator died and it had to be replaced. The card key for the door had to be replaced twice. The staff were very accommodating.

The property is old but has been updated. The coffee pot had an old used pod and was very dirty. Detailed cleaning hadn’t been done. The bathroom fan didn’t work. One bed made a popping sound. Beds were very firm. Breakfast during the week is waffles, cereal, yogurt. We didn’t eat there. The towels and sheets were nice. The area is very quiet. The desk clerk was very nice.

Absolutely horrendous condition of the room. Worse I've ever stayed at. I would have backed out and asked for a refund if I could have but the terms were no refund. I'll be contacting Wyndham directly about this one.

Fealthy floors , trash cans and shower curtain. Will never again stay at this place. Didn’t see any bugs but was very worried we would catch something. Thank God I had my own pillows and sheets. No phones, cleaning service upon request, but we didn’t want to bother with it, why would they clean if they didn’t do it when they were supposed to. No phones, if need service, need to drive up to office. Staff was ok, Angel was exceptional. Breakfast was decent.

This was a nice hotel for a last minte holiday weekend stay. I was kind of worried i would not get a room (river, labor day weekend) but i booked on Friday for our Sunday to Monday stay. Great for a girl's night/weekend.

The bedbugs were a freaking disgusting. I mean, there was a gang of them on my wife. Good thing I didn’t sleep in the bed that night cause when I looked up and there was 100 away from her body I had to wake her up to get the hell up out of here we told you about it and we left a couple things in the room get back to get it. They had stolen in it

We went to BHC to visit my gf grandpa. We have stayed here a few times. The rooms are clean. They got free breakfast and they are nice. I can’t ask for much else from a small town place.

This place sucks, not b only was it incredibly filthy in the parking lot and front seat area. Nobody was at the front desk to even check me in.

When we checked in the first room they assigned us was actually occupied or hadn't been cleaned by housekeeping at 7pm. Then at 7 am there was construction starting on the pool right outside our room and we had just got to bed at 2:30. The room floor was disgusting and we wore our shoes to walk around. When I went to the office to ask why a cement saw was going at 7 am when guest checkout isn't until 11am and the employee was very rude and condescending and actually responded to me with "you're welcome". I will NEVER stay there again and want a full refund. I am calling corporate today.

Everything from the start to finish was great only down side was the room looked like it was cleaned in a hurry. There was a big stain of the sheets itself and the the floor was full of dog hair and dog food. It was not clean at all. Customer service was 10/10 tho along with the check in and check out no issues.

We booked 5 rooms as group all for two queen beds. When we arrive after 5:00 pm on a hot day, one room we were given had towels and linen all over the floor and beds. Obviously an uncleaned room. When we told the front desk, we were give a room with one bed and a sofa in which there was nothing in the bathroom, no towels, no tissue paper. Also, one of our three cars driving from Page without any problems got a flat tire. We went to the Sam's club to fix the flat tire to find out there was nothing wrong with the tire. Obviously it was someone on the property to release the tire pressure on purpose. We felt unsafe in a place like that.

Nice, filling hot continental breakfast (waffles! Eggs! Sausage!) And the pool was actually cool, not warm like a bowl of soup. Room itself was standard motel but it suited our needs and was available for one night instead of requiring a two night stay. Overall very satisfied

We arrived at the property and the bed had no sheets. Anthony said that yeah they didn’t have sheets anymore. I booked many many days ahead of time they had stain sheets and another room that I have booked. He agreed to give us our money back because he agreed that it was really bad, we ended up paying for two rooms at another hotel a lot more expensive

Staff was amazing. Everyone I spoke to was super nice each time. It’s a little run down but quiet for the most part. I was not happy that I came back and could not locate parking due to the boats and trailers taking most spots parking sideways. I had to park outside on the street closest to the hotel. I think they should make the boats and trailers park outside on the empty lot. The breakfast was good.. Phone did not work to call front desk. Bathroom was hot due to dirty vents. Room needs some maintenance

The room was clean and well-equipped. However, the property could use some work. The stairway treads were worn and some were broken and coming loose, making the walk up the stairs dangerous. The top of the ashtray thing on the walkway was lying on the floor the full two days we were there. Breakfast was limited, but okay.
