A comfortable stay in a clean room on a rainy night and morning.

The room was well appointed with stylish bedding, ports for charging at the bedside;just bring your cord, and in our King room a comfy couch. There was also a Keurig and small fridge. There is a bar on the premises for evenings, Breakfast was acceptable. Our pooch loved the dog bone station. If you book through Hotels, they ask that you call the property to let them know you have a dog as those rooms are limited.

Room was clean and modern as were all areas we were in. Area felt safe. Check-in, breakfast and the pool are all in the main bldg, there are 3 buildings with rooms. Hot and cold breakfast options. Great value

The shower would not turn on at first and then it would not turn off!!!!!

shower did not (easily) work; no directions and lack of understanding or sympathy concerning inconvenience when expressed the next morning.

Stayed here for a concert at MKA . Only downfall about this hotel is no elevator.

Let's start with the very unfriendly and unhelpful staff at the Hayward Inn. One of their managers made it clear that by using an outside booking site, I was not entitled to the same level of service as their own direct bookings. Her repeated use of the phrase "you booked through a third party" made it clear that I was a second class guest in her opinion, and to contact "them" with any questions or problems. So take that Expedia - they hate you! Another front desk person took particular glee in informing me that the two prior front desk people were wrong, and that I had to check out and then recheck in to another room. The assistant GM then said maybe they had a "training opportunity". I'll say; the whole place could use some basic customer service training. Just stay away. There are better options in town, and I have never before experienced disdain for using hotels.com You would think my money would be as good as anyones.

The hotel has one new building then utilizes a previous hotel (much older) for a large portion of their rooms. Breakfast offering was comparable to other chain “hot breakfast” offerings. On second day of our stay there was no hot water, we let the front desk know right away in the morning. When we returned later in the evening, still no hot water. We called again and was told someone was coming 20 minutes because others had called as well. This was almost 12 hours after our first call. The next morning, no hot water. Made more frustrating due to a higher premium paid for the room because of the college football game. Front desk had no answer, no adjustments, just “sorry”,

Wonderful location, loved how close it was to Autzen Stadium. The walk was pleasant and beautiful.

The Hayward Inn was fine, but their Wi-Fi was terrible. I stayed there six nights and was never able to use my laptop in my room. I had to go to the lobby and it would only work there part time. I took my laptop to a computer shop and they said my laptop was fine, the problem was a weak Wi-Fi signal. If you need or want to use your laptop in your room the Hayward Inn is not the place to stay.

Shower was dirty, and only one bath towel.

This hotel was great. Close proximity to the University of Oregon and the campus Stadiums for games. Walking distance to food and amenities, would recommend!

Overall a great experience. Staff in lobby was very friendly and efficient. The room smelled amazing, noticed it as soon as I opened the door. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.The road outside my window was loud but I don't see there is anything the hotel could do about that.

Very enjoyable. Appreciated the see through concert bags availability for a reasonable cost.

The Hayward exceeded our expectations. Clean, neat and comfy beds.

This was a great place to stay to explore the campus. The facility was clean and felt new. Beds were comfy and the room was spacious. The breakfast was way above average as well. I'd book here again any time I'm in town.

Fist things first, only one of their buildings has an elevator. Nowhere on their site do they say this. Being older it was not fun lugging all the luggage up to the 3rd floor via the stairs. When questioned they said "well, you chose the building when you booked." Again, nothing said one building had an elevator or didn't. Other than that the place was nice. Room was large and clean with a private balcony. Breakfast was mostly standard fair for a hotel. They did have almond and soy milk, which was nice to see. Overall, decent place but if an elevator is important to you make sure you call ahead to see what building you need to book.

Hotels.com charged us, Hayward Inn unable to find the reservation, no resolution, we had no room to stay in

Looked newer compared to other hotels. Nice pool and gym too. Close to some restaurants.

Good for one night stay. Only downside is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage or heavy bulky suitcase, you have to take the stairs. That’s why I say good for one night stay. Overall it’s a nice hotel and easy walk to MKA for an event.

New facility. Very clean and modern. Had a very nice bar and a limited food offering, but was all very good.

Excellent check in, comfortable room inc bed, excellent hot breakfast, nice amenities, and close to event centers. One change would be to get a receipt at checkout showing zero due.

It was great! Would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and there was a large selection of foods for the breakfast. I really appreciated that they had non-dairy milk options.

Looks like a nice place. Looked clean. I spent the first 5-10 using a towel to swat flies that were in the room. I didn’t take a count but there were several and some smaller flying bugs. Walked outside to the deck and almost got caught in a spiders web with a garden spider. Not uncommon but this and an another web were well established. Tub had a hard time draining.. some hair seen there.

Beautiful property inside and out! Feeling very fortunate to have found this lovely place!
