Loved the hotel! Breakfast was nice but would have liked a waffle / pancake machine. Loved the happy hour

Two out of three elevators broken. Dog poop on the floor in front of the elevator. Unregistered barking dog next door.

I think it’s time for a new mattress and a shower redo in room 228, Washington Square. Great central location and complementary breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. We like the extra space having a living area separate from the bedroom. Excellent made to order omelets in the morning make breakfast better than most hotels. Only complaint is that the housekeeping staff did not replenish the coffee and tea each day and we would have to request it from the front desk each evening. We stay at this hotel at least once a year and will continue to stay because of the convenient location to our family.

wonderful stay and enjoyed the managers reception. breakfast was fantastic and all the workers were very friendly.

The only good thing I have to say is the made to order omelets were amazing. The A/C did not properly work in our room. Didn't seem as bad the first night but the second night necessitated us calling the front desk to let them know. We were told maintenance would come take a look but that never happened. After three calls a box fan was finally delivered to our room. Water was all over the floor in front of the doors to the pool and the elevator had water all over the floor also from the pool. There were no yellow cones to indicate the area may be wet and slippery. It felt like a serious accident waiting to happen. Property has ongoing construction. Parking is a joke but yet you are charged for it. Our room was outdated and did not feel clean. If you don't like a hot and dirty room, you should stay elsewhere.

Located close to shopping and accessible. Comfortable and quiet. Carpet showed some wear and stains.

The front desk staff was amazing and kind. The bathroom had mold in the bathtub, it was gross

The property was massive. In one of our rooms previous occupants had left dog feces. The management took two days to clean up.

It was very dirty. My sheets were covered in hair.

Delicious omelettes - sad that people get a delicious made to order dish and some people don’t give a tip!

Hotel was fully booked. The cleaning staff didn't fill some shampoo and shower gel from previous guests and didn't do so after daily cleanings either. They removed the towels we used one night and didn't replace them. We couldn't take a shower that day. The coffee machine had water from previous guests and smelled bad, so we didn't use it. There was a daily charge for parking which wasn't the case last year. All and all, place was clean, the staff was polite and the breakfast was great. Only cleaning staff didn't do a good job replacing things

Overall, it was a good stay.

Love the large room size. The happy hour is awesome. Had fun playing bingo. The bed was very comfortable. Loved having coffee in the room. Nice to have carts to bring luggage up. Breakfast should go a little later. Should not be a charge for parking.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

Friendliest staff but place was was very busy and had a few technical issues. Under renovation so I guess it's understandable but still frustrating.

Hair in my shower, dirty microwave, dried milk spill in fridge, hair in fridge, hallway on our floor was dirty. Breakfast was Wonderful, the onsite market was nice. Loved the evening reception.

Breakfast was awsome!

We arrived just after 4pm to check in and had to wait until 530 before we could get into a room. We reserved a certain room but they put us in a different room. They asked if it was ok and after waiting for an hour and half and being told the room u ordered isn't ready and they don't know when it will be of course im going to take what is available instead of waiting for who knows how much longer for the one i really wanted. When asked for extra pillows and blankets they said they didn't have anymore. The AC seemed to not be working properly either. The room was so hot. We came here as a staycation for an annual friend's trip. we enjoyed each other's company but the hotel experience has not been great. We likely won't stay here again for our annual friends trip.

convenient, close to airport

Room was not cleaned. Housekeeping tried to enter our room at 8AM while we were still sleeping/ asked to come back later. When we were leaving housekeeping was in the next room. I tried to talk to her but she did not speak English. I advised the front desk the room needed to be serviced as the sheets were stained and wet towels were in the bathtub. They advised they would take care of it. Returned to our room after 9PM and nothing had been done to the room. Called front desk and was told housekeeping was gone for the day. I asked for a new set of towels so we could shower and that the wet dirty towels he taken away. Front desk kept asking how many of each towel/ face cloth I was requesting. I advised a normal set for a room. Again was asked how many of each. Advised what I needed and received them. I asked her to take the dirty towels and she did but not happily. This continued throughout our stay. The stained sheets were not changed till I complained after the room was supposedly cleaned but the stained sheets were still in the bed. The entire stay was a fight for a clean room.. very disappointed in the attention given to us. Nobody should face to fight for a clean room when paying the rates we are paying for a hotel. I have also written to Hilton Honors regarding this issue.

Maid service was under staffed. 2 days we had no service and had go to front desk to get towels and other items.

5 night stay, maids never came except day before we left and I went and told the desk daily. Limited parking and charge $10 a day which isnt in the listing at all.

Pool was visibly dirty, floors were extremely dirty all over hotel, pool area was muggy. Room smelt of mould. Breakfast was ok. The best part was the coffee. Hidden Fees. I kept getting charges the day after my stay for little things like Wifi and parking etc.

Excellent breakfast. Room was cleaned. Services were good at the check-in and during breakfast. Happy hours were wonderful. Easy access to freeway, Washington Square Mall, Target and gas stations. However, the building is old. Room does have a slightly musty odor. Elevator takes a long time if you stayed on the 3rd floor or above. Nine floors total. Elevator stops on about every floors during checkouts and breakfast hours. Narrow hallway by the elevator. Elevator gets very busy during late check-in and the walkway gets congested due to people waiting for the slow elevator. Recommend to use side exits instead of the main entrance/exit. Only 2 elevators were working when I stayed. I used the stairs to and from instead. Staircase area are smelly and dirty from 1st - 3rd floors on both side. Air conditioning is poor. My room on the 6th floor stayed at 78 Fahrenheit. Windows offered poor insulation. My window was hot. Parking spaces are extremely narrow. Only the 3 front spaces and handicapped area are wide enough for a SUV. Expect door dings. Embassy charges $10 per overnight parking. I feel it is safe to park at the Embassy. I did not see any security personnel.

The staff is exceptional and extremely responsive and the rooms are spacious. Parking was a bit tricky but worked out. We were surprised at the incredible breakfast options and the complimentary evening reception (adult beverages, cheese, veggies). The onsite restaurant also has great options for dining.

Comfortable and quiet. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour makes for a stress free stay.
