This property has a convenient location for shopping and restaurants. They have been without at least one elevator for a year, but 2 are now working. Suites have a design that limits noise. Popcorn ceilings and stained carpets remain. I hope they will partner with a local coffee company in the future. There is a Dutch Bros on Hall Blvd nearby. Parking fees were added last year. Staff are consistently friendly.

I was feeling nauseous and asked for warm water at night but it wasn’t available they said also asked for banana, same response. They could have atleast tried to make some alternative arrangement!

The power is not there from morning 7 to 9 am and no proper breakfast. No hot water and there is no proper response

The curtain rod in the bathroom was broken so water kept leaking out. The floor wasnt completely clean in my bathroom either. Everything els was great tho. Very friendly staff, main rooms were clean, comfortable and clean beds, great breakfast.

Broken elevator for my whole stay, had to use stairs to 6th floor all the time.
Room wasn’t up to cleanliness standard.

Our stay was nice and comfortable. Our room was a nice surprise having bottled water, snacks, coffee/tea included as a preferred guest. Breakfast buffet was great with a wide selection including made to order fresh omelettes.

Love this hotel! They have a great family suite for families of 5 like ours. We’ve stayed here multiple times for school shopping-walkable to Target/Washington Square Mall! Only issue was that only one of the 3 elevators was in service and the hotel was completely full/we were on the 9th floor. Love the evening reception with light food/wine and great breakfast selection!

I am not a smoker and I sense the smell of smoking by previous guests. I didn’t tell the hotel receptionist about the smoking smell after checking in. I was asked how was my staying in the hotel. I told the receptionist everything was good excepted the smell of smoking in the room. I was told that I should inform them about it and they would change the room for me and apologized for the inconvenience. I sincerely accepted the apologizing.

The plates that guest used were in hallways throughout the day no body picks up. They have complimentary drinks and free breakfast. That was super nice. Kids love pool. The sofa bed was not comf at all.

It’s beautiful the people are wonderful and the staff is great!! We had issues with our tub and we had no shampoo, conditioner and when asked they said they’d bring it up but they didn’t so I’d bring my own shampoo and conditioner and thangs.

This was my second stay at this property, the room was nice, and the staff was great, amenities are also excellent. The only issue was the room was slightly dirty, and the elevators were very slow.

Staff were kind and courteous. We were on the top floor so i think it was a bit more difficult to cool down but stayed a pretty consistent 72 so not awful. One of the door knives was visibly damaged and coming loose from one of the interior doors and there was some evidence of mildew intrusion in the bath tub wall seams but it looked as though they were working too address it with new caulking. Rooms were so much bigger than i could have imagined. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Complimentary snack bar and breakfast were fresh and appetizing; great selection! The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. Would gladly stay again

First day house keeping was missed completely.
The pool was not monitored, The phone was disconnected, a safety issue. The pool is unsupervised and rules not reinforced with irresponsible guests makes for unpleasant experience in public spaces
Parking fees were not noted in reservations or at check in and nightly parking fees were charged at checkout, disappointing.

Alex Bugarin in reception was exceptional in helping me correct a mistake I made when booking. He was gracious and so helpful.
