Hotel was conveniently located for what we wanted to do. Our only complaint was we had trouble getting sheets for the pullout bed. They should’ve been in the room as we booked for 4 people. We had to argue with the staff at 10 pm to get them.

We booked as a VIP property. There was no benefit to choosing this property as we did not receive any upgrade or late checkout. Our room was too warm.but the temperature could not be adjusted. We kept lowering the temp with no change. The security features of requiring room key for elevators was comforting. The breakfast was nice but we didnt know it ended early on weekdays. We arrived on a Saturday so it was disappointing to miss it today when we got there.

Very nice property in a very good part of town. Just two blocks from the north end of the Magnificent Mile.
Room was large for downtown standards and we had a lake view which was nice. Got upgraded due to my Hotels.com status. Thanks!
While it is in a nice area, most of the restaurants walking distance are higher end. I was hoping for some close by regualr old dive bars but none in the area.

Overall, our stay was ok.
We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was clean and spacious.
The breakfast was disappointing. Not alot of options, no fresh fruit, danishes, cereal, waffles or anything that a typical hotel breakfast would have. They did have eggs, turkey sausage and potatos, that were always empty. English muffins and bagels, but the bagels were also always empty. Both mornings we were there, everything was empty or gone and wasnt refilled unless we asked someone. I feel like someone should be actively refilling things especially on a busy morning.

GREAT hotel and location especailly for the price and ammenities! Service was fantastic and the room was HUGE and roomy and plenty of room for our family to spread out and have our own space. Highly recommend, just steps away from some of the best shopping in the US!

Overall great hotel, but the elevator took us 20 minutes to get down on Saturday around 5:30 when we were leaving for reservations. The stairs are only for fires and do NOT lead to the lobby. Parking is $70 a day.

The hotel was very modern. Our room was clean and comfortable and generously spacious. The front desk staff was very pleasant and assisted us with holding our bags prior to check in. They were very friendly and courteous.

The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly! From the moment we checked in until we left, the staff were kind, polite and so sweet. Coming back from American Girl, a staff member asked if we had a minute to wait. He came back with an American Girl doll bed for each girl! They were tickled!!! Our 6 year old said “Oh my goodness he’s so kind!” That example alone speaks volumes to the fabulous staff there!

When I made the booking, there was no reference to producing an ID card at my arrival. As the US is not a police state yet, I do not carry my ID everywhere I go. The two receptionists were going to not allow me entry, even though the room had been paid, for without a refund. Fortunately, I did have a photograph of my green card on my phone.

The stay was not horrible, but the hotel staff could have been a bit more informative. They were not sure where a lot of places were located and while, they were friendly, I feel like they could have done more to make our stay more enjoyable.

It was a great hotel but a lot of the amenities were under construction which was not said when I booked the place. The laundry facilitites and gym were unavailable. I was also charged $100 a day ($400) deposit which I didnt know was required. The money was taken out of my account but I do not see it deposited back. Only valet parking was available and too pricey. My trip was prepaid and the money was take out before I arrived. I feel the room rate should have been reduced due to the hotel being under construction. I would not have booked this place. We also ran out of toilet paper, the room was cleaned once during our stay and no extra toiletries provided.

They gave us a two bedroom suite when I asked for a king . But one the bedrooms had a king bed so it was all a bonus! They even had wine glasses for us and dishes. We could have even cooked our own meals. Breakfast was included, it was a hot meal and excellent! I’ll definitely be back . Did you see the toilet had a bidet ?! What??!

The only bad thing about my stay was the breakfast. All good looking food and my favorite scrambled eggs! But by the time I got to my room on the 15th floor my food was barely lukewarm. Perhaps the food warmers weren’t on or working properly.

Beautiful and very clean king suite in a nice area with convenient access to Oak St Beach and the magnificent mile shopping district. The suite had a nice kitchenette amenities. We did book a king suite room for four adults, but the sofa bed was definitely not a double (possibly a full?) and that is not comfortable for four adults. We asked for a rollaway and were told we were not permitted one in that room. Construction in the lobby area meant limited seating during breakfast and no lobby bathrooms.
