We had 2 rooms, 2 people per room. 1 room had only 1 towel, a half empty bottle of the complimentary shampoo, and what appeared to be mold in a lampshade. Both rooms had fingerprints on the windows. Overall, pretty disappointing.

Good place to rest after hours of road. Pool was clean. Great location, close to many options for dining.

Very disappointed in our stat overall. The sink stopper was broken, so we couldn't use the sink the first day. The tub drain didn't work, so the tub filled up with water, so it was standing water for a shower. Has front desk up to fix both issues and only the sink problem was resolved. Front desk very unfriendy- didn't acknowledge us when we came in and out of walked up to the desk, me we smiled (there was a sign at the front desk for the employees to smile more- ironically!). We got stuck on the elevator and no one came to help or seemed to care when we told them about it. The TV only played 1 channel and the same 2 movies were playing the entire 3 day stay. They didn't have any towels the 2nd day of our stay and told me I'd have to wait for them to be washed and dried. The front door was not automatic, so we had to bring luggage in and out through the double set of doors that wouldn't open or stay open. It was a convenient location. We did receive a discount after I complained to the manager. Would not stay there again.

The bathtub would not drain unless you sat and held the tub lever. Light by the bed was not working. The remote for the TV would not change the channels. Other than that, it was okay but nothing special.

We were generally pleased with our stay. A tad noisy at night outside and vacuuming in the early hours. Room was clean, plenty of towels, and very good showering. Free breakfast was underwhelming—eggs & sausage were unavailable.

Quiet, comfortable and convenient

I used the hot tub the evening I stayed there. The very next morning I woke up with a UTI so I do not think the hot tub was shocked enough to kill bacteria. I had to visit the emergency room for antibiotics. So I advise avoiding this area of the hotel. Also our room had a sink stopper that was stuck down. We had to pry it up with a knife so it would properly drain just to be able to use the sink:(

Our check-in process was quick and the front desk person was friendly. Our room was clean and exactly what we needed. We were meeting family in town and this was perfect. There is a microwave and fridge in the room. The beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had more offerings than we expected for a Super8 hotel. The only drawback there was that there wasn't enough seating, but we worked it out. Don't let that affect your decision to book here. We enjoyed our stay.

I liked that when I walked into the room it had a wonderful aroma to it. The breakfast was decent and the room was in good shape. The TV could have used an update, but maybe most people don’t watch TV.

very disappointed due to no tv/internet and a party lot party which was endless and made me feel unsafe.also staff was not very welcoming

Queen bed seemed small. For a one-night stay it was a great choice for us. Very clean

Stopped here on a road trip -- comfortable, clean and quiet hotel in a convenient location near the highway and close to restaurants & shopping. Menomomie is a lovely place. We event fit in a nature walk on the Red Cedar trail before continuing our journey. No complaints!

Cross country traveling and always nice to find a clean, comfortable and reasonable place to stay. Especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool.

Perfect service again! I stay at this hotel monthly and they accommodate my requests with a smile every time. I highly recommend.

Parking is a little confusing - I thought I was parking at the business next door - it could be marked better. Window had a taped crack. Staff was great, everything was clean, great for a quick stop mid-travel.

Smell in room was awful. Not sure if it was due to cleaning materials or just a terrible air “freshener. Also room was not cleaned by check in time .

Great Location and clean facility overall.

The nightly cost is a good value for this hotel. It’s just off the interstate and has a nice indoor pool area. The only negative is lack of outlets beside the bed. I was able to get an extension cord from the front desk but the hotel should add lights with power outlets or power cubes on the night stand.

The people working there were friendly and helpful! The one thing that would keep me from staying there again is the shower. There’s not enough water pressure and the shower head is too low.

When we arrived at 3:30 AM, the desk clerk welcomed us by name since he knew no one else is coming in at that time of the night. He helped us get ice I needed for my operated knee, Told us about breakfast and did everything you could to make us feel welcome

The management staff and housekeeping are great ; renovations are ongoing on the first floor rooms ; handicap room is spacious ; continental breakfast provided ; pool is a plus ; loud voices tend to echo and be heard from the hallway/next door room(s).

The management are doing room renovations on the first floor and they look great ; stayed in a handicap room and very spacious and nice & has the amenities for safe ambulation and use of the shower ; continental breakfast is nice with sausages , scrambled eggs , cereals, waffles , Yogurt , cupcake , milk and coffee ; the management is a plus plus plus ; the walls are not that think that loud voices can be heard between walls/doors. The pool is a plus too.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. No orange juice, No waffle mix left, only one sausage available. Breakfast area was very dirty

The motel offered nice, clean rooms, an indoor pool, adequate breakfast, helpful staff and a pleasant experience overall.
