The hot tub in pool area didn't work. Problems with remote in room. It smeeled really bad through out hallways. Not much for a breakfast option.

it was next to a gas station.

The toilet was loose, I felt like the toilet was going to tip over. The bathroom was dirty, there looked to be dry decal matter all over the door frame next to the toilet and the bath tub was dirty. I did not shower the entire time I stayed at this hotel because of how bad it was. it was a place to sleep while visiting family.

Staff was very nice, very helpful. The pool was very nice!

Location

Door latch broken. The toilet was clogged, people arguing in the hall at 3am. White towels were very thin and gray.

very poorly lit area… truck stops all around, garbage left outside the dumpster, gas cans, stroller, etc

Price was reasonable for condition.

Carpet needs cleaning.

had to pay extra to have family swim (had to be cash), and had to ask for towels and that seemed to be a chore. very tiny towels!

clean rooms. comfortable bed and pillows. clean bathroom. everything in stock in the room shampoo conditioner soap towels coffee etc. great breakfast for how small the hotel was. also super cute pool area and hot tub! we didn’t get a chance to swim but it was very nice looking.

needs a remodel it is starting to show west but still would stay again if driving through. we stopped in late at night due to a bad storm.

It was clean. The man/staff was very friendly and always working.

We would have liked to have been closer to downtown Menomonie.

The staff was nice when I checked in. When I got to my king room the room was nice and clean there was a Jacuzzi tub, there was ample toiletries and towels. breakfast was served on time it came with waffles, eggs, sausage, Yogurt,English muffins, toast. lots of juices to choose from and coffee. Pool was open.

It was fine for a budget hotel. pillows were nice

Sausage and eggs were good. Breakfast offerings were good. Kitchen and dining clean and neat. TV good.

For $145 I was expecting a lot nicer facility, linens, bedding, carpet. I would have expected this room to cost more like $69. Check-in guy made us and another client wait 10 minutes to check in while the client he was working with went to the bathroom... at 1am! The carpet was vaguely sticky, only one of our key cards worked, and that after 4 tries. The towels were gray and super thin which is fine, but again, not for $145. There were no USB charging outlets (we are used to these at our usually hotels).

The property wasn’t clean. The furniture in the room was very old The hot tub was very dirty not maintained there was 3 towels in the pool area Breakfast was ok the egg cover was split almost in half This property needs to be updated and better maintained for sure. Not up to Choice’s standards

the owner.. the staff... the sticky floors... the stains on bed and linens.. the smell... being harassed by the owner... having to leave 1 day sooner than planned.... im considering legal action to recoup the loss of time, money and what should have been fond memories of a family vacation
