First when you wait 6 minutes at the front desk to check in, and you hear the phone ring and then the clerk walks up answering the phone and asks "do you mind if I take the reservation on the phone?" Always prioritize the guest in front of you over the guest on the phone. Standard customer service practice. The room is decent bed is decent. Need to invest in real pillows for your guests. I know not all hotel's have great pillows but the pillows in the room are the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel. Guests were smoking in the rooms or hallways near our room? Not sure how this was possible but the smell was bad. Breakfast was not good either. Given the price of the room for a night expected much better quality and ammenities. This is an $90 a night quality stay charging $150+ Will not stay here again when passing through.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was a convenient location close to college and shopping and dining. Continental breakfast was just OK. Eggs patties not great and much of the food was gone before 9am.

Upon entering the elevator i walked through dirt and mud. The floor of the elevator was very dirty with same dirt found outside of it. When I arrive back to the hotel and entered the elevator on 4/3/24, noticed a k-cup coffee moving around. Entered the elevator the next morning and the K-cup still there. The room needed some refreshing, carpet well used, walls need touch up. The bad was good, no issues.

The pool and hot tub need their water changed and more attention to them. The rooms were not very quiet and we had to wear ear plugs due to the paper thin walls.

The main issue is that thwy didnt jave actual coffee , it was in a machine with cappuccino hot chocolate and stuff like that so the coffee was instant coffee and watered down. Had to go to kwik trip just to get coffee in the morning

Management was great. Very accommodating, hard working and friendly.

The room was very clean but I had noisy kids running around in the room above me. That was annoying.

Traveled here for our daughter’s graduation. The facility was very clean, they have a great breakfast, and the. Ed was very comfortable. Very clean and I would definitely highly recommend !

Stayed here for UW Stout homecoming. Clean, front desk staff was great. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good with lots of options.

The room was quiet and , as a single traveler, I always felt safe. Only negative for me was the coffee. There was a machine offering several ways to have your coffee and each one was watery. Very easy to fix! Other than that my stay there was a pleasure, and I will probably be returning to that location again in the spring of 2024.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and so was the hotel. I will stay here again!

Stay here every time we visit our son who attends UW-Stout and have never had a bad stay. Rooms are comfortable and roomy. Breakfast is very good, my 13-year-olds favorite. Pool is always an added bonus. Until next time!!

The staff were pleasant. The elevator sounded like it was going to break at any minute and it did with someone inside. The staff responded quickly and in a professional manner. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay!

Overall the rooms were clean. The restrooms mear the pool were not clean and honestly they were pretty disgusting. There often wasn't anyone at the front desk when we needed towels or tissues. We won't be staying again.

Overall, I would rate this hotel at a 7. The check-in process was easy and lobby is beautiful. We were offered a free upgrade since they didn't have two king beds next to each other. When I got to my room, some of the towels in my bathroom were disoriented and one had a stain on it. I was also left with a garbage bin that had a crack down the middle with no liner bag but as soon as I called the front desk, they came to take care of it. I like that the bathroom counter had a good amount of space for my make-up and beauty products. The bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. Their coffee machine in their lobby dining area is on 24/7 and free which is nice. I would stay here again.

Room was quiet and comfortable, breakfast was nice, parking area well lit, very close to places to eat, fuel, access to interstate and main highways was great. Will stay there again!

Used to stay in Menomonie every weekend for college gymnastics meets. BW has a jacuzzi so it bubbles up to top pretty quick. We went back for a Sr Night and stayed in a King Suite. These are new. It is like 1.5x room with plenty of room. It was definitely retrofited into an existing hotel but still nice

Best Western Plus properties are always consistent and well looked after. We had great service a comfortable room and a good breakfast. A great way to end a day and start another day.

We stay here often always clean and the service is always friendly.
