Not the worst stay but could be better. My main issue was the $50 deposit upon check in the room was non refundable so I couldn't deny it and go elsewhere. I asked when the money would be put back on my card and they said not for 2-3 business days. So my out of pocket cost was over $100 instead of the $60 paid for through the app. I decided to go on a daycation with my son and stay at a hotel close to action territory but we couldn't even go to action territory because of the deposit fee that I wasn't aware of until I read the sign at check in with the room already paid for. I was also approached by a couple strangers staying there asking for rides which I said no way I don't know you and I have my kid with me. The room door stuck so back I had to kick it open. The breakfast was decent.

Be prepared to give them $50 for a security deposit. I was not aware of this charge. I’ve stayed here for years, never paid this before. If I didn’t have the funds. I would have had to sleep in my car. Also had to kick the room door to get it to open. As it was sticking. Also, the total has 3 floors with no elevator.

Booked 2 rooms. 1st room had someone else's stuff in it and moved to a different room that smelled of mild. Other Next room smelled of marijuana. Breakfast was poorly maintained. Bathrooms looked great.

In order to open the door to the room, you had to insert the card and use your shoulder to push the door open. If you did not hit the door with your shoulder really hard it would not open. Moved me out of a king size room to a queen size. Said they would compensate me at, check out. Of course, they did not compensate me at all.

Random people just sitting in the hallways on the stairs when asked to move they just look at you like ur crazy

No elevator, phone in room had no cord, and the light was flickering terribly. Smell of the place was awful and they had the gall to add 50 dollars cleaning fee if we messed up the room. My wife was to scared to set her purse on the table. Geesh!!!

We pulled in after our family party around 1030pm and couldnt even safely park oir vehicle. The parking lot was full of glass alcohol bottles, at least 20 random people standing in the parking lot smoking and drinking and watching us, the lobby smelt thickly of fresh smoked marijuana, there was garbage all over the property, people sitting in the dark up agains the exterior walls of the hotel clearly on drugs, i didnt even feel safe to park my car there for the night let alone take my kids out of the car to our room. We left and drove 4 hours home instead. Unacceptable and horrible for the price and the whyndam name.

I understand allowing towns people extended stays, but there were groups of young thug type people hanging out around the entrance at all hours. Our room never got cleaned in the 3 night stay, towels from previous tenant were still in bathroom(wet) breakfast was aweful, i went for cheap and thats what i got. Our next trip will be with a higher end hotel.

The room was clean , shower was great good water pressure.. front desk people were helpful and nice. Only disappointment was breakfast my husband said they had some other people(workers or living there) staying there pig out and was not be considering to other guest staying there. To we ate somewhere else.

The carpet needed better cleaning. AC was dirty and went off many times.

We checked in and about a hour later checked out asked for a refund. People cooking in there rooms others smoking pot in rooms. Will never stay at that hotel ever again.

This place has no elevator and they put us on the 3rd floor. We had one party with bad knees and one with a bad hip. They moved us to the 2nd floor, so that helped a bit. The bathroom was not clean…the floor had trash behind the toilet. The curtain was broken & didn’t open or close much. There were a bunch of men hanging around the parking lot, which made us feel unsafe. The breakfast was nothing but dry cereal and toast. They had no hot water for the tea or oatmeal packets. We will not stay at this place or other super 8 or Wyndham motels.

Room smelled of B.O. and a hand towel had visible dirt marks, as if it was never washed, hanging up "clean"

They have a decent breakfast and they keep their hotel clean.

First when I went to go in the room the key card wouldn’t open the door and I had to go back to the front desk to get a new room card to get in after I stood there trying to get in for five minutes. Second, when I walked in and went to turn on the heat a very foul smell came out of the unit and stunk up the room and I had to open the window. Third, when I went to open the window , it was unlocked and easily able to be opened from the outside and when I complained to the front desk clerk, he gave a lame excuse about that it can’t be opened from the outside. Fourth, I asked if I could change rooms to a higher up floor because of the safety concerns with the window and the smell from the heating unit, I was told that there was no more rooms available but he never checked to see. Fifth, the breakfast the next morning was ice cold for the eggs and sausages and there was no pancakes even though they had a machine to make them. Sixth, there felt like something was crawling on me the entire night as I slept and I had to check myself for bed bugs and ticks.

It was great for what we needed

The room I was in was not the room I booked. The door frame for the bathroom was broken, you could see that the floor was not swept/washed well especially in corners. The tub tiles had lots of mold/mildew build up. The window was broken(the screen outside). The air conditioner/heater was very dirty when we used it lots of tree leaves (dried) came through. You could see the dust caked on to the air conditioner unit as well.

I went to stay a night in a king bedroom when I got inside the room there was nasty things all over the sheets. They replaced the room but they gave me a 2 full sized beds room instead of the king bed I had in the first place

The desk worker was very polite and helpful

Shower wasnt the greatest but otherwise nice clean room

Check in was friendly and fast.overall was just fine.now the 6am carpet shampoo and continental breakfast was not enjoyable

The outside area of the hotel looks terrible, trash cans full etc, but give we have extremely cold and icy weather it’s not your fault out there are other trash areas in site of the property. Kiliam was exemplary with helping me get registered, and even carried my bags to the room. He then set and adjusted the heater so the room was toasty (I was sick with flu) so his help was much appreciated. Never ate the breakfast so can’t comment.

Damn window didn’t lock and I was on first floor had a stick in tha window to keep closed and tha room a reserved was not available so they had to give me another room

Not well maintained. The bathtub fawcett came off when used. No hairdryer.

I found bed bugs 😒

Only had rooms on the Third floor when I checked in twice. No paper channel guide had to flip through the channels to find the good ones. Breakfast was ok could have been better with more seating in breakfast area. Food was decent but would have liked bacon/sausages and eggs for protein substance.

Not enough seats in breakfast area. Only had rooms on the third floor and no elevator. Saw someone sitting in hallway when I first went to my room.

Location was excellent. Property itself was just a low average property
