The location of the hotel it’s great. The beach was almost outside the hotel room. The hotel bar by the pool had an ample menu to choice from.

This resort was small but quaint. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was beautiful and the perfect size for my family, also very clean. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and cleaned well. The pool was small and usually crowded as was the bar area and they did run out of towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach but we eventually got them. They offered bikes, paddle boats and kyaks free which was great. The beach was wonderful and very peaceful. The Italuan restaurant closed the kitchen 1 hour before what they stated they closed but there were plenty of outside restaurants that were still open. All in all we would come back to the Sanibel Inn on Sanibel Island, loved it!

Everything was good, we have an upgrade in our room. The only thing that we don't like it was the run out of beach towels early in the morning.

Room was great and facilities solid for what we were looking for. Parking a little dicey, and the breakfast restaurant featured 1 server with no help attempting to handle all tables. Understood staffing is tough out there but may think about positioning management in front of guests. Overall would definitely stay here again

Stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was perfect. The staff were really helpful. Love the proximity to the beach and the beach view from our room.

Property was well maintained. The only issue I had was the availability of the paddle boards. There were none available to use they were all in use.

Loved Loved Loved! It was paradise and didn't want to leave. Staff was so friendly. Definitely going to try and go back one day

Best Tiki Bar on the beach!!

Just right! Incredible view, room was simple but clean and the beach was amazing. Beach hut staff were working hard to alleviate a shortage of umbrellas and we felt valued. GREAT front desk staff!!!

I gave the experience at Sanibel Inn very good but not excellent due the very mediocre room. Room was in need of updating, no housekeeping everyday, and the balcony chairs were hard as a rock

The AC in both the bedroom and living room were making loud crackling noises all night and it was impossible to sleep.

Having to put trash outside and towels if want clean towels. Handicap bathroom disgusting. Tried to change room but could not. No housekeeping daily.

My mom and I decided to take a last minute spring break getaway and found Sanibel Inn. We had an amazing time!! The beach was phenomenal, it was a nice sandy beach with lots of shelling to do, clear waters with not a lot of seaweed, with free chairs and umbrellas to use, as well as seeing dolphins swimming by right from beach chairs! The beach was not overcrowded which was also nice.The room we stayed it was perfect for our needs. It had a gulf view and screened in lanai, a kitchen with a coffee pot, a refrigerator/freezer, a sink, and microwave as well as some dishes, silverware, and other small appliances. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet.The staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. It was also convenient they had a guest bathroom with a shower we were able to use. This allowed us to still use their amenities while having a place to change into our swimsuits and head to the beach and get cleaned up before getting on a plane to get home.They really had a lot of other great things to offer: free bicycles to use which my mom and I did two days. We took them one day and went to periwinkle place, a small shopping area nearby, we would definitely recommend. Then another day we went to Sanibel lighthouse, another definite recommend! The bike paths were wonderful and it was easy to get around!The on site restaurant and pool side bar also a plus! Great food and drink!Overall great experience, can’t wait to go back again!!

We stayed at the Sanibel Inn for a weekend getaway. We had the 1st floor gulf view room. The room had a direct view of the ocean, which was incredible. The screened in balconies allowed us to just sit out and have a cup of coffee before heading to the beach. The amenities are very nice, but our stay was too short and we weren't able to take advantage of all of them. Breakfast at Dantes was affordable and pretty good. Overall I think this resort will become a favorite for us.

Perfect getaway from a long New England winter.

Wonderful customer service. Our flight was canceled and they let us check out late and use the property for the day. Very much appreciated. However a lot of the property seemed old and needs to be refreshed and updated hopefully someday.

The staff was very friendly and everyone was accommodating. The property and location were perfect for our family. They made everything easy. It was a pleasant stay. Im sure every room is different, but the sofa and mattresses in ours could use an update. However it was not a problem for us as everything else was wonderful.

The front desk and the property is beautiful. The staff are so nice. It is great that they don’t try to overcharge you for soda and food and they have a very nice lunch spot and a very nice deep pool. Plus the beach access and the bicycles are so much appreciated. Thank you all.

This is a very idyllic old school beach place. We had a room looking on the beach with a nice screened porch. Bunnies and ducks out front. They keep it really clean, bother the rooms and the grounds . A few things are dated , but I was impressed with how much care they take of the place. The beach out front was nice. They have a great pool and bocce court . I would stay there again if I thought the shelling was good, but I wasn’t impressed with the shelling .

Our room had an amazing view!

Front office staff is 2nd to none. Landscaping around the buildings and pool decks is very nice. We enjoyed shade trees at our parking spots next to our building. Dante’s restaurant on-site has a nice menu and plenty of options for dinners, plus tasty breakfast for reasonable prices. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and love our views of the ocean from the balcony.

Great family friendly place for a vacation. Its got everything you need for a simple/laid back family vacation. We will definitely consider coming back again for spring break.

The 2 bedroom condo definitely needs updating. The couch sagged when you sat on it and should never be considered a bed since the "mat" is barely 3 inches thick. The refrigerator is very old and missing drawers. The property is lovely and the location is great. The staff is so helpful and friendly. It's a shame the condo is so worn out!

We paid top dollar for an ocean front resort and there were no available chairs or umbrellas at 9:30am. There was no communication that we might not get a chair or umbrella. There were people not paying but on the resort and they didn’t check their credentials. Very annoying to pay for non guests and not have a chair. We also had trouble finding a parking spot because non guests were parked there and no one was checking.

Our stay and Sanibel Inn was great. The location is perfect and it was so nice to have easy access to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed the tiki bar and also the on-site restaurant Dante’s. We did have to call a few times to get new towels, but overall the grounds were beautifully maintained and the rooms were clean. We also loved our screened in porch and sat on it frequently at the end of the day. Staff were very friendly !!

Beautiful property! Comfortable.Only issue was, if you didn’t get to pool or beach early, you weren’t getting a chair or umbrella for the day! Not cool, as too much money to have to fight for something that should be automatic!
