Clean and the staff were incredibly friendly!

The easy access to dining and shopping was great. The tv kept going black during movies and finally stopped working. I called the front desk and was immediately hung up on only to be called on my cell...per the front desk...the room phones didn't work. We opted to go to the mivies and requested our vehicle. After what seemed to be 20 minutes later our vehicle arrived with the valet and a passenger in it who immediately jumped as said that he worked at the Hotel??? Our personal vehicle was used as the Hotel's Dodge Ram luxury shuttle. The vehicle smelled of stomache gas problems...we had to put the windows down to breathe...later that night a distraught young woman cussed, cried and screamed most of the night because she'd caught her boyfriend cheating. It was horrible language and no one stopped her.

Pleasant staff

The front desk clerk that checked us in was not the friendliest. He also put a hold on my bank account and another clerk had to correct the issue. Our room was not the cleanest. The pullout bed had a used eyelash on the bed and the bedding for the pullout couch smelled of urine. The parking staff and restaurant staff was very friendly.

I was apalled at how unclean this hotel was. As soon as we saw the debris and dirt in our room, we checked out and went to a different hotel. Do not stay here!

The ppl at the property were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The gym was fine and the pool was a great amenity for my kids.

Would not stay here again. Stayed for 2 days Found hairs on the shower. Even worse was my TV was broken. First night I got in late and went to sleep. Asked them the next day to fix mult. Times as i was in and out for business meeting. Got back to my room about 930 pm. Still not fixed told me to move rooms. Completely unacceptable when they had all day to replace the tv. I asked management to call me the next day. As i had a 5am flight home. They never calls. I emailed received a very generic reply.

Like - All on staff were incredibly nice and willing to help. Dislike - I was first put into a room that had no air conditioning. After 45 mins, I called was was given the room next door. Unfortunately, although that room had adequate air conditoning, it was next to the washer and dryer that seem to be running all night. Plus, there are several restauarnt within walking distance, but it was raining and the hotel had no umbrellas available for customers to use.

Pleasant stay

We had originally booked with another hotel but did not have a good experience. We ended up switching hotels with 5 days 4 nights left in our stay to the Courtyard Marriott and I am so glad we did! The hotel staff was so nice and accommodating! They went above and beyond to get us an early check in so that we had time to get settled before we had to race out for my son's baseball game. Upon check in the representative apologized to us personally for our experience with our previous hotel and said he felt a strong obligation to better our stay while in Buckhead. The staff was continually pleasant and helpful throughout our entire time there. They even went so far as to pack up some ice cold gatorades for my son and wished him good luck in his game on the way out the door the next morning! For a trip that started out on a really rough The Courtyard Marriott and its crew made sure we went made sure we finished on a high note! I would definitely recommend this hotel and know where we will be staying next time we are in town.

It was a beautiful room and enjoyed service. The only thing I did not like the cost of parking vs valet parking.

The room was fine. Front office staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was an issue. I understand that I am from a small town but to have to pay the fee every time the car was taken out of the garage after only being parked for an hour or so seems excessive.

The floor I was on and room I was in had a musty smell.

It is conveniently located. There's a parking garage need by if you'd rather park your own vehicle vs vallet. Room was nice and had plenty of room for our family of 4.

Bathrooms was outdated but the service and staff was cool

Horrible conditions. Bathroom was filthy and the wallpaper was coming of the walls. When we entered the room the sheets were dirty and the hotel constantly smelled like smoke. No warning stating there is no free parking on site. So my wife and I ended up having to pay an extra 200$ just to park the car we rented. Extremely over priced in their small market in the lobby. Probably spent 100$ just in water for my family. The clientele at the hotel was obnoxious and anyone could walk in and out and go up the elevator.

Really enjoyed my stay, staff was excellent.

Amenities were expensive. Parking was $20.00 per night.

My stay wasn’t pleasant I had a plumbing issue in my room and due to the rooms being sold out I had no where else to go
