The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food is good with a nice selection. We will definitely choose this again for our future travels.

Adam (maybe the manager) goes above and beyond for guests. I would not consider any other location for my St. Louis adventures.

Great place to stay. Hors d’ouveres and beverages in the evening and breakfast in the morning are included reducing the cost of the room night. Will always stay at Drury’s when available.

Everything was great except there was an unpleasant smell when we walked into our room but everything was so clean. I think it was the carped that smelled horrible other than that it was great

Absolutely the friendliest and best staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel! Every single staff member we came across had a smile on their face and were genuinely kind and friendly! Highly recommend! Amazing service! Hotel is also incredibly nice and clean! We will be staying again without a doubt!

Roxanne and her staff, were very mice and helpful the whole weekend. Definitely staying here again. Pool was nice, only downside,kids aren't drying off before getting on elevator. So elevator floor stayed wet til past those kids bedtime. Drury Inn should put up a sign to not get in/on elevator wet!

Was a great find! Never stayed at Drury properties, quite refreshing to find everyone helpful and enjoying their daily ‘work’ .

When I looked on yelp, I saw that a lot of Drury hotels had good ratings and I thought that can’t be possible. They’re just roadside hotels, right? I mean, they aren’t five stars! I assumed maybe the reviewers just had low standards lol. Anyway, This hotel was convenient and it was very late so I decided to give it a go! A couple other people checking in When I Arrived. The person at the desk was very nice cheerful and efficient. I waited Less than five minutes. Check-in was a breeze. I got settled in the room. The ice bucket was insulated. The refrigerator was actually cold. The bed was so comfortable. I could’ve slept all day. The room was really quite nice - walls thick - I could tell from the parking lot that the hotel was pretty full, but there was no noise From adjacent rooms, no noise when doors open and shut, etc. the rooms have quality furnishings, And little details, like the coffee maker, Lamp, nightstand, desk, luggage rack and the ice bucket the hairdryer Just a little bit of a level up and quality from what you see At a similar price point this is The best roadside hotel I’ve been to in the category. The only thing I have to say that slightly negative is the design of the lobby is a little bit awkward. All the hotel employees were extremely pleasant and helpful, Kudos to the management and corporate leadership! That kind of hospitality is rare these days, especially for this category. I paid for a King size bed suite. I arrived late in the evening and the room they gave me was a handicapped room. The bathroom was like a hospital bathroom only not as clean. I asked to be switched to another room. All they had available was a room with two queen size beds. no problem I thought everything would be OK but I was sleeping and late so on too late to get the room serviced. That’s understandable and my fault, but after the third day, I left earlier and made sure the room was cleaned and that person did a great job. After that, the room was never serviced again and I had to request towels and toilet paper be delivered. So during my six day stay, they cleaned and serviced the room once.

We liked everything about this property- from the warm staff, clean room and the dinner and breakfast! Such great added amenities along 2 free cocktails at dinner!! Just a great place to stay when you are traveling!!!

Comfortable room. Delayed check in because room wasn't ready. No ice machine on our floor- walked all over looking for it, or a sign. Finally went down to desk, where I learned ours was the only floor without an ice machine. Hmm. The layout of the hotel is odd and not intuitive. Breakfast was fine but is in a sunken area only accessed by steps, so if you're using walker or wheelchair that's barrier.

Staff have all been very friendly and offering of help. Comfortable mattress and linens. Clean! Quiet! Including the room HVAC unit that did not keep us awake. Breakfast was typical hotel food. Wish there was an EV charger for guests.

This was an exceptional place to stay. They welcomed us warmly after a long ride. Despite water issues, they had plenty of bottled water and ice available. The biggest surprise was the free supper and happy hour and the delicious breakfast the next morning. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

Friendly staff and building in great condition! My only suggestion would be to offer lotion in bathroom (shower products are nice) and a regular roast coffee instead of only bold. Still one of my favorite hotel chains!

Very solid stay. No issues and what you expect with Drury hotels. Everything was clea. And every working there was very nice. Great option if you want to be by St. Louis but not in it.

I highly recommend! This place felt cozy. The staff was kind, friendly, and warm (especially Ed!) Check in was easy, room was clean, and breakfast was delicious.

This was a top-notch hotel. The friendliness of all of the staff member's was just amazing. Everyone was always willing to assist . Not only do they have good amount of selection for the breakfast bar, their dinner bar was just as excellent. They are always replenishing, maintaining the cleanliness, and are just the most friendliest staff I have ever came across. The rooms were very clean. Never stayed in Drury hotel, but I am a fan now. Stayed with pet and rooms had NO odor. Close to downtown and the mounds.

My friends and I had a great stay. Facilities were very clean. Rooms were clean. Service was off the charts. Happy Hour and Breakfast were also very good. Being just outside of St. Louis, I thought the location was perfect. We will stay here again.
