The front desk clerk was very friendly. The bartender staff at the bar was great. All provided good customer service. But the rooms need a LOT of upgrading. I was disappointed with the shampoo. Lack of room amenities. The shampoo came in a little plastic packet very difficult to open. No conditioner. No lotion. Bathroom very small. Rooms are small too.

I stayed one night, it was close to the airport and the airport shuttle was a plus. I did early check-in the day of and I was able to get taken care of without any issue.

One night stay prior to catching an early morning flight. There was the nice amenity of a restaurant/bar onsite. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Airport shuttle was on time and efficient. Our only problem was the room frig was so loud it was difficult to fall and stay asleep. The beds were comfort, so if there wasn’t that noise we would have been well rested. We did tell the staff at check. Hope it is an easy fix.

First room we were given was super dirty, stains on the sheets, something white all over the side of the bed, toilet had not been flushed. So we went to the front and they gave us a different room and this one was slightly less dirty, but there were little bugs all by the AC unit and hair in the bed and more little stains on the sheets. We ended up leaving and driving 4 hours back home. Unfortunately, not a good experience

Do not stay here for an overnight before or after the airport just because it is located closer. It does not mean you can get there sooner. It took 40 minutes for a shuttle. They do not have their own shuttle and you have to wait forever. The noise from the planes is very very loud, and the property is a one to two stars. Breakfast is horrible - I thought it would be convenient to be there but actually some of the hotels further away from the airport that have better shuttles are a better choice. If you need cheap- this is it.

Staff was great. The bar/restaurant served my needs well. The breakfast was average but the coffee was very good. The airport shuttle was well-timed but it was harder to get to the back seats. Easy drop-off at my terminal.

Bad stay...It started at check-in which took over 30mins because I (and others) were literally WAITING on someone to come to the front desk.
Once in our room, there was not a working toilet, had to search for working electrical outlets and our neighbors were EXTERMLY loud. After, trying to resolve the toilet issue on our own, I finally went to the front desk. I was told there was no maintenance available and offered a new room. Great, however, once switching rooms...the carpet was dirty, not working remote to the TV and initially no hot water (the system is weird), thankfully, no more noisy neighbors. There is not a VIEW anywhere in this hotel, just parking lots.
I will say the bedding and towels were clean and I didn't see any bugs (That was a win) and the location was central to all of my destinations, however, it is away from all the other hotels in the area.

Recently I have stayed at multiple Wingate by Wyndham motels. A couple of times it was under very difficult circumstances. This chain is very accommodating to customer situations that are unexpected. I highly recommend this motel chain to all my professional colleagues who travel either for business or pleasure. Reasonally price, clean, excellent staff, no feeling of being cheated or ripped off. A 10 Star rating from me!

Check-in was great. Front desk was very friendly and efficient. I heard them being extremely patient with people on the phone using the shuttle service.
You could tell updates had been done. However, not well done. There was chipping in the bathroom tub and the circle bracket on the tub handle was not secured in place. Bed was ok. Linen was clean. Ability to control AC was great!
Shuttle service was on time and quick. The driver was also patient with customers not comprehending how to utilize the service.
Overall, it was fine for the night before a morning flight.

Where to start....we got out room...which was filthy with dust and cobwebs....we asked to change rooms and were provided another room....within 3 hours of being in our sexond room the cieling in the wasrhroom above the toilet started to leak....we requested to leave at that point...we were told by the staff they could not refund us and the manager was in a meeting and would have them contact us and were given a 3rd room (all this within the first day of a 2 night stay) the 3rd room was just as fithy....apparently house keeping is never there during the day and to topnit all off.....manager never even cotacted us as we we were promised. This is not the high standard I would expect coming from a hotel with the Wyndham brand. Very disappointing.
