The check in lady was very pleasant, gave a good first impression for our stay.

The lady at the front desk is awesome. Friendly and very helpful.

The noise from the street and the helicopters landing at the hospital across the street were too much. We stayed for three days and the room was cleaned only once, and I had to request it be cleaned. I had to go to the office to get clean towels. No box of tissues. No bath mat. No new bars of soap.

Smoke alarm was covered in a plastic bag which was very hazerdous. when i approached the manager she just said it was good we didn't need it.

I have stayed at numerous different hotels/motels and this was by far, the worst, in all aspects. We arrived a little before 11pm, after 6.5 hours of driving, and just wanted to go to bed. It was quite obvious that both woman who checked us in, were under the influence of something. The door to our hotel room had been busted and pried open. We were told to really slam it to get it to close. The mirror above room sink had been pulled off. Both the sheets and towels had stains and were obviously dirty, definitely had not been changed. Old soap wrappers left by sink, no shampoo, nothing except one little bar of soap to wash our hands. The room stunk and the bathroom smelled like urine. There Was Not breakfast provided as stated in the description either, but even if there would have been we wouldn't have eaten it anyways due to the uncleanliness of this place. Absolutely gross and unsafe. The smoke alarm wires above the beds had been cut, as well, serving no purpose.

Good location

Scary & stinky. People live long term on the property which has red flags written all over it. The smell in the room was horrible & people were up all night long around us. Seemed as though it was in a bad part of town with very undesirable people all around- cars with broken out windows with tarps over them in the parking lot. Did not feel safe.

The bed stunk, we had to sleep on top of the blankets and bring in blankets for the car. Shower head was moldy so we couldn’t even shower the next day. Staff couldn’t figure out what room to put us in because they didn’t know what room was available. Worst experience ever. I would like my money back.

it was our first time there . Ruby at the front desk was wonderful and super friendly. Max helped me connect to the Internet. Everyone was so pleasant and nice. Stayed for two night. Will definitely go back again. Big Thank you to all that made our stay enjoyable.

The friendly, hardworking staff really, REALLY, care about their guests!! They are working hard to make this a five-star motel. I would definitely recommend this place now.

Basic Nothing special, just a place to lay your head.

Musty old

We had to cancel our second night because we felt so unsafe. Loud fighting in the parking lot, someone casing our car, the smell of meth all made us feel unsafe enough to sleep with the table against the door. Lots of noise outside our door at all hours of the night. The room was clean and the front desk help was very nice. But it wasn’t enough for us to stay a second night.

Property had broken lighting, no facial tissue, substandard bath fixtures. Generally in bad shape. Marginally clean. Staff was very nice, but the owners have not put any capital into improving a very poor property.

The motel was very dirty broken Furniture in my room the toilet wouldn't flush when I pulled the sheets back to go to bed there was dirt in my bed when I took a shower the next morning before I left it went from extremely cold to extremely hot within a matter of seconds about burning the top of my head overall just a run-down dirty Motel wouldn't go back

I was pleasantly surprised at the immaculate cleanliness of the place. For a motel, I experienced the best in class customer service that far exceeded any motel let alone any hotel I have ever stayed at! The motel manager there was friendly, courteous, and on point with the overall operations of the place. She was excellent! I am so impressed with the staff that work here and how much they truly care about there residents and there job! I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for everything Travelers Inn!

The location was good for the activities we had planned in the area. Easily could hear the rooms on all sides of us and people outside. Bedding wasn’t clean, actually found small pieces of pot in the blanket and then on the sheets from previous people. Lipstick stains on the towel.

Watched a homeless person shoot up drug right in front of my children

Very friendly staff, got coffee on early in AM, bought ice for us as machine was down.

Got at the property arond 4 pm and had my room key ready just needed ID to ckeck in which made me feel secure.microwave and frige was good ,well frige was a big one not the cheap ones.Slept great the bed wasnt too firm or sinking soft.

Furniture was old (a couch needed replacing), one chair was broken and the room needed to be updated with newer bathroom fixtures. We stayed two nights and the bed wasn't remade nor the towels replaced (we had to ask for new towels). Don't know how she got a key, but one resident unlocked our door from the outside with her key....never had that experience before!

Excellent customer service, room was clean snd comfortable. We wll choose to stay here again if we visit here again.
