The 2 people working at the front desk were extremely rude to my husband. He tried to buy a Red Bull from the cooler and the two people both just kept ignoring him till he finally said something. Then they hesitantly and as slowly as possible ran his card and then handed it back to him and didn’t say a word. Also, the area is full of homeless and addicts. In the morning the police had a car torn apart searching it right next to hours and another officer had the people by the main lobby questioning them. Every time we came outside there were homeless people outside hanging around. The last 2 times I have stayed at a red lion it’s been an awful experience. Will not be making that mistake again.

Nice size room. Thankful for 2 chairs in the room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Decor could use some updating, but overall it was very nice. The hallway to the room smelled like cigarette smoke.

air conditioning did not work told front desk the next morning and they say they would have someone look at ir and next night it still did not work

Absolutely nothing like the pictures. Cops were called while i was waiting an hour to check in. Someone was overdosed in one room and another woman was arrested in another. The room had more stains then i could count. There was moldy food on the floors. The carpets were discussting. Small black hairs all over the bathroom. The lights didnt work properly. The pool was green. Blood on the carpets. Screens hanging off the windows, a child could have easily fell out. The security doors didnt close, so there was no way to keep the bumbs out that were loitering in the parking lot. We checked out less then 10 minutes after we got to our room.

Room was smelly. Breakfast was limited and folks were not prompt on refilling.

AC COOLING IS NOT GOOD, AC made lot of noises and not able to sleep properly, vent fan not working in bathroom and it smells very bad.

Carpet torn up, room not clean. Found hair in the shower. Hallway smelled. The place is rundown

It was ok. Checking in and out was fast an and pleasant. Some minor issues like the shower wasn’t working.

Bed was comfy. My room was next to tje fitness room which should have been closed. Pounding feet on the treadmill woke me Check in was thirty minutes or so. Breakfast ran out of coffee, and just about everything in less than hour of a 3 hr timeline. Eventually enough guests requested stocking bit we had to leave by then.Soap was nice.

Nice and quiet place to stay. Comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

I had to ask that my bed get made and towels replenished. I only received service 1 day of my stay . I checked out a day early and paid for another hotel in town. Upon departure I presented the front desk with a set of towels that I used to clean my own room; after service person finished

The carpet and chair in room was very dirty. I asked for a blanket to cover it. I found a large towel to cover the ottoman. The bed was clean and breakfast was good.

Quiet and convenient and a nice breakfast and great coffee

This hotel was terrible. Dirty carpets. Not even vacuumed in hallways. Dirty towels laying outside our room in the floor. Still weren’t picked up when we left. Shower curtain was covered with black mold. The breakfast bar was sticky and dirty. Syrup all over the floor. Also that eating area was not vacuumed. I asked the front desk if anyone was caring for the breakfast are as I couldn’t find anyone. And she said yes. I told her the issues she just shrugged her shoulders and acted like she could care less. The furniture was dirty and stained. The furniture was old and scarred. The office chair had most of the vinyl coming off. The whole place was gross. The beds sheets were clean and it was late so we stayed. The bathroom door when closed looked like a dog chewed through the bottom. The towels were worn out. I wouldn’t go barefoot for anything on the floors. I wish I had taken photos. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. It made it to the top of places we will NEVER STAY AGAIN.

The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was dated and in need of a remodel.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Could not get money back because we booked thru hotels com. They didnt reserve the rooms we paid for & put us in 2 other filthy rooms, very outdated, stained carpets, toilet seat peeling off. Dirty vents. Breakfast was cold eggs, cold bacon, cold potatoes. Holes in curtain liners. Shame on me that I did not read the reviews before booking. Red Lion has usually had a good reputation. This is a disgrace to all other Red Lion hotels.

After staying the night I had to use the bathtub faucet, since the sink was full of water and obviously plugged up which I hadn't noticed the night before. This hotel was probably really nice years ago but has not been remodeled in probably 30 years, so decades of crud built up in the bathroom I noticed. Bed and pillows were awesome and i was exhausted so slept well though.

I stayed for one night with my mother-in-law, and my two children. The first room we were put in, the air conditioner wouldn’t work due to the outlet being broken. The second room, the toilet did not flush at all. The front desk clerk came in with a plunger to see if that helped, but that was a no. This particular room had a lot of the tiny ants and the sink didn’t drain very well. The third and last room we were put in was decent. There were ants still, but not the amount that was in the second room. The front desk clerks were obviously running ragged. Seemed to be very short staffed. There was also a very large group of construction workers staying that night. There was only one person manning the entire breakfast. I feel for the workers that they do have. They definitely worked harder than they probably should have. They all did what they could with what they had but I can absolutely see a lot of bad reviews and complaints based on our one night stay.

I was disappointed with my stay at the Red Lion Hotel. Last night, my clothes were stolen from the laundry room, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. The cafeteria was especially dirty in the morning, smelling very bad, and no food was left in the pans. Additionally, the bathroom in my room lacked basic amenities like shampoo. I'm very dissatisfied with the experience.

My room and a refrigerator and I put my groceries in it for the work week. The next day I came back and it was all bad, it wasn't plugged in, the plug was about 10" from being able to reach the outlet. I reported it twice and asked for $40 discount, it was never addressed. I saw the police there several times, the last night it was for my neighbor. I opened my door to the hallway and it was soaked with dirty toilet water.

There were ants all over the wall and nightstand. When we talked to the front desk They gave us a can of raid. I went back to the room sprayed the night stand and realized there were ants all over in the bed. We then asked to be moved to a different room. The new room had an ac that didn’t work as well as a toilet than ran constantly. The staff was not friendly at all. Breakfast the next day had milk that was over a week expired. The advertised restaurant inside is no longer available. The outside pool was nice.

Nice property, loved the hot tub. Would use this facility again.

The hotel is old and did smell old/musty. Room was decent size. One of the queen beds was very worn and sunk in really bad. Over all it was an ok place to sleep. I don't think I will go back though
