Easy to find off the highway and the towels were really nice.
The sink was backed up!

Bradley was fantastic at check-in and gave us multiple suggestions on nearby attractions and points of interest.

Clean room
The walls were paper thin, I could hear the people talking in the room next door as clearly as if they were in my room. Breakfast consisted of dry scrambled eggs and dry, plastic-like potatoes.

The breakfast was very good and our room was clean
It was quite a surprise when we got to the hotel because the interior looked nothing like the photos posted on the web. Everything was very dark and gloomy, you didn’t have a good feeling when you walked in.

it was a very restrictive hotel as to the space in waiting area and halls. The park lot was small and hard to find spots. The area doesn’t feel safe.

The staff was very approachable and helpful.
The room was not clean. Hair and old soap in the shower. Garbage behind the night stands. Housekeeping started knocking at 9:00 am to clean the room even with the do not disturb sign hanging. We never have any problems staying with Best Western. Unfortunately, this time was not great.

We stay at Best Westerns all over and the one thing we always count in is the mattress and pillows. The mattress was okay, but the pillows are square and not the normal size and not as fluffy.

The breakfast was very good; plentiful and with several hot dishes.
I booked through Booking.com which I will not use again. I was led to understand that I had booked two rooms each with two queen beds, but on arrival found that I'd booked two rooms with one bed each. I was about to leave, but the nice clerk found an alternative that worked for me. I rated the place higher because of his help.
The Best Western is not a new or especially attractive motel, nor are the grounds spacious or inviting. It's definitely a 3 out of 5 so the $209 fee that I paid for each room was exorbitant, I thought.
As for the Booking.com website; it's either deliberately indecipherable, or uses bait and switch tactics.

They did a pretty good job with breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
The rooms are super dated and shabby. Needs a face lift. But I've stayed here before, so my expectations weren't high in regards to what kind of shape the hotel is in. As I'm from the area, I felt safe in the area around the property, someone unfamiliar with the area may not.

Breakfast was very good. Especially liked the sausages. Scrambled eggs were moist. All other usual breakfast items were as expected. Just wish there were more single slices of bread available.
The pillows for my husband were a little too soft.

they did not clean our room from one day to the next. it’s time to take care of your guests. wear a mask if you are afraid of Covid but it’s time to get back to normal.

Got back late from my high school reunion and there was no parking! Had to park at the elementary school and hope not to get towed

The room was huge. King sized bed & full kitchen. An area with a couch. Table with chairs.
Nothing really. Cost was a bit high due to an event in the area. A bit off the interstate.

Good location, walking distance to restaurants and stores. Bonus of a pool on site but didn't get the time to use it. Staff very friendly and helpful and the rooms, although a little dated, were clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was dreadful - honestly awful! Very little selection and the quality was really poor and felt dried up and old.
Sound proofing wasn't great and without running the aircon, conversations could be heard, word for word. Thankfully the white noise from aircon blocked it out enough to sleep.
