Clean DND safe

Excellent place and food.

I was vwry disappointed with the customer service in the receptionist desk. They five me a room that stanks like mold extremly bad quality. Had to beg to xhange it and had to oay more for an average room that still smelled bad. And the shower sewer will come out in th3 bateoom floor.

Radisson was good overall! Very kind staff, beautiful grounds! The staff all spoke English so that was helpful. The tv was old and only had cable channels (no streaming available to log into). There were some wet, dark ceiling spots in the halls that may have indicated a budding mold issue though. There was also a concerning smell in our room& hallway at one point, but it didnt last long. We were only here one nigt.

We loved our stay at the Radisson. The indoor outdoor feel of the property was amazing ! We felt like we were living in nature. The staff was phenomenal every way and really made us feel welcome. We willl definitely return.

There are so many hairs left on the matress

We were given the room all the way on the bottom floor of the hotel that was in a very secluded area, which bad enough already.. we entered the room illand upon arrival we found that the room was not cleaned after the previous guests. The bed had been used and there was a used coffee mug on the desk and some miscellaneous trash around the room. We took some quick photos and went back to the lobby and showed the front desk the photos. We got a quick apology and was offered and "upgraded" room. We moved our stuff to the new room but there was nothing "upgraded" about it at all. The location was also on that very bottom floor but just on a different end. We found that the main areas and overall condition of the hotel was pretty run down and needed a remodel. It seems extremely outdated for a Radisson hotel. The only reason why we booked this hotel was because it was listed as a four-star hotel and we have always enjoyed our stay at various Radisson hotels.

Nice place. Centrally located for downtown. You can uber around for 4 to 5 dollars a ride. Great food for breakfast.

The staff was amazing and very friendly and professional. The property was safe and beautiful. Room was extremely clean. Their housekeepers do amazing work.

overall, it was a decent place, but there were some issues. The bed was extremely hard and caused back pain. When we ordered a hamburger from the bar, it took about 45 minutes to get the food. And worst of all is the 1000 square-foot suite did not have a mini refrigerator or a microwave. obviously I didn’t check when I booked the room, but it never occurred to me that a huge suite like that would not have a refrigerator or microwave.

We were a bit disappointed at first as Looked a bit tired when we arrived. But bedrooms spacious and very comfortable. Facilities were great with kids after a long flight. Loved the hot tub! Gym was one of the best gyms I have been too in a hotel- they had every piece of equipment. Breakfast was very enjoyable too! If you over look the bad lighting and needing a little update. It was perfect for our stop over with 3 kids. Great price too.

It was an overall good experience

Our grandkids loved the expansive pool options. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was outstanding!

Hotel is ok but they can do better, rooms are big but carpet is dirty and smells like humidity, nothing around downtown is close but is unsafe due that is full of homeless.

Room carpet, bed sheets and towels not that good

At first glance the hotel appears average when you first check in. As the time goes by it grows on you. Overall it's a nice hotel but could you some cleanliness as I pointed out a German roach at the bar to a waitress. Some areas that were accessible for everyone to see when it should've been closed off to customers. For example our room was on the 1st floor but as you walk down the hallway to your room utility closets were left open and trash were visible to see. Some areas appeared very unsanitary inside the hotel but outside of the hotel seemed unsafe. We went exploring several days on our own but it seemed sketchy. It appears that the hotel is the only thing in the area that sustainable. The staff provided excellent services and were very accommodating.

Always a great stay at Radisson San Jose Costa Rica. It is well located close to downtown and the hospital we always visit. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Good location. Good is okay basic. Staff was rude to business partner. Trying to have a meeting by bar and pool and security had to make a scene. Unprofessional

Really was not what I was expecting. The walls were dirty the whole place was depressing. I checkout after one night because I was charged for the first night.
