Nice clean hotel. Had a tap dripping non stop in bathroom. Location was great

The hotel has an opulent feel. Our room was upgraded which is very lovely. We especially love the spiral staircase. Breakfast options are great and staff are friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.

Very great and clean

During our week-long stay at Hotel or Plaza Brussels for a work and leisure trip, we found both positives and negatives. The lobby was large and inviting, with plenty of seating. However, the plastic flowers, felt outdated and tacky. The hotel shows signs of wear and tear, with stained carpets, scratched furniture, and cracked walls. It’s clear that the hotel has seen better days and could use some renovation. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. However, there are several adult shops nearby, which might not appeal to all guests. The area felt generally safe and accessible. Despite the worn-out appearance, the hotel was clean, and our room was spacious, providing ample space to relax and work. The staff was eventually helpful, though service could have been more prompt. Once engaged, they were courteous and willing to assist. While not without its charms, Hotel or Plaza Brussels would benefit from some refurbishment. The convenient location and large, clean rooms make it a decent option, but the worn condition and lackluster decor might lead us to consider other choices in the future.

Very fancy and welcoming hotel; wishing walking distance of most landmarks

I really liked the hotel but did not like the location. There was trash on the ground when we walked to dinner. There were people sleeping on the sidewalk, asking for money as we passed by. There were several erotic stores in the same block. But the staff were great and I really liked our room, very clean, well maintained.

The Hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff is very friendly. Room is very big, also the bathroom. The bed is very confortable. Great location, a few minutes walk to the amazing Grand Place. Recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was good and the staff were friendly. The room was large and clean although a little dated. It would benefit from a lick of paint.

We spent two nights at Le Plaza and it was a very nice experience. A hotel with old-fashioned (in a positive way) atmosphere, far from the modern "hotel factories" you often meet. Very clean, good breakfast, helpful staff. And one of the finest bars (and I have been to many :-)) I have visited. Wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended hotel!

Excellent hotel and really good value for what you get. Rooms were a good size and had lots of amenities. So that was the good. Now for areas of improvement. Instant coffee is fine for lesser hotels, but not for this caliber of hotel. It’s a given that drinks at a hotel bar are more expensive, but they were still pricey even by nice hotel standards. Obviously not a lot of serious concerns and the issues we did have had easy workarounds. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Amazing

A beautiful hotel in old, classic stile. Good size comfortable rooms with good beds and a clean, nice bathroom. The bar is excellent, the breakfast too, but a pity there is no longer a restaurant at the hotel. To get there by car is a challenge because of all traffic changes and road work. We would still love to come back!

Very nice hotel, excellent room, excellent service, good food. Reason for 3 star review of facilities was only 1 lift in operation and, even with the operational lift, there were some problems.

A good base for a weekend in Brussels. Traditionally styled hotel with large rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff and a convenient location.

Simply put: The best hotel in Brussels in my opinion or one of the best in my modest opinion. Great location: walkable/dining options/5 min from the train station. Very centrally located and very safe. Customer service: TOP NOTCH!! The room was great with all the luxury amenities. Total worth the price.VIP treatment in this hotel. Breakfast is really good too/The bar was awesome as well. Great choice for fun/vacation or business. Thank you Le Plazza Hotel, I’ll be back.Loved Brussels too. A great vibe!!

I spent two nights in this hotel after a business conferense in January 2024. Hotel is a beatuful older luxury hotel with plenty of charm and spacious rooms. The lobby bar is beautiful, but unfortunately only opened at 5pm on Friday and Saturday, which I found a little bit weird in a hotel this size. Would have also wished that the complementery waters would have been replenished while cleaning the room, I did not have any water left on sunday morning (I though they would have brought new ones like they normally do in this types of hotels). Location was great for shopping and within a confortable walking distance from the old town. Breakfast was very good.

Great hotel and location. Its a shame that it doesn't have even coffee for its guest during the middle of the day. They have a great bar that guest should have access during normal 10-24.

Got at 10am at the airport, at 3pm I saw people getting their room keys and they receptionist did not bother to let us know after waiting so many hours. When I tried checking in 10am, the guy at reception laughed at me saying “no check out is at 12pm” very rude and not welcoming. Housekeepers are very good and rooms are very clean but old and need renovation. Location is great and near basically everything.

The bathtub had a stain that could not be removed after asking 2 times, other than that, the hotel is nice and very close to everything you need

We had a wonderful weekend with my family in Brussels. Anyone who says anything bad about the hotel has absolutely no taste. Yes some place are under constructions but not disturbed so much. I don't know if it's Christmas time, but the moment you walk in the door what an wonderful atmosphere and it feels very good. Spending time in a hotel lobby may seem boring for people, but I cannot say the same for this hotel. Because it's a lobby where you'll really want to spend time. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and warm, I am sure that if I come here again, I will not choose any other hotel than this one. Thank you to all the staff. It was a super experience.

Hotel is very good, well maintained and very good location even thou at night lot of homless people sleeping in front of the hotel. Due to this the hotel closes the door at night and your have to ring a bell , when you check in for the first time after 10 PM , they should advise you this, otherwise you will find a totally locked in hotel with all front doors closed and you do not know where to enter, I spent 20 minutes walking around trying to find a door to get in, When I made this comment this to the front desk staff, their response was not vey friendly and professional - except this unwelcoming response, everything else was good !

This hotel is on another level, really gorgeous, very well located right near Brussel-Noord station and bus and subway station are down the street. Shopping is just a block away and the Grand-Place is a walkable distance. Our room was far from the elevator but it compensated by being very quiet, the amenities were by Floris and were a true highlight as was our room which was spacious and airy. The staff were also great and helpful.

Beautiful hotel comfortable big room. Staff processed checkin checkout smoothly but i felt they need to smile more. Breakfast was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Large bathroom, wish they supplied robe and slippers. Lot of construction around the hotel and surrounding areas. I think it is a major part of Brussels. Overall I give this hotel 9 out of 10
